yesterday seemed to start out like any other day.. mellow, uneventful. Went to the nail salon to get some acrylic nails removed...and the guy who was doing it? The drill slipped, and he took out a freakin' chunk from my pinkie finger! I was too shocked to say anything, blood dripping everywhere. They bandaged it up, whatever. I went to work that night, came home, and my finger was still bleeding. 
Anyway...went to the doc this morning...it was too late for stitches. They put some liquid adhesive thing on it...and wrapped it. *sighs. Guess I'll be doing my own nails from now on! LOL 
At least I got some vicodin out of the mess!

All I want for Christmas...hmmmmmmmmmm....some egg nogg and rum, and someone to cuddle with in front of my tree. Is that too much to ask?
So I have set up my tree... and wrapped majority of my gifts. Damn, I can't freakin believe how early I am this year! Now I can relax....hell to the YUS.
I have decided, when life throws me lemons, I will throw um' back at the people who piss me off. I have had it with this weekend from hell. 
I am thankful for....family...friends...love...life..and laughter. But most of all, being independant- and having the knowledge and satisfaction, that it is ok to be alone...every once in awhile. Life is too short..I should enjoy it to the fullest. Happy Thanksgiving everyone.... xo
