Got computer back, but internet connection is still less than great, I'm not so sure if I can chat with my normal connection. I'm sitting at Starbucks now, so I'll drop in and say hello.

Other than that, the G+ fan page is starting to take off, I seem to get one or two new people joining the community each day.

Well, life marches forward.

Well, well, well, another weekend.

SG, I've been here a few minutes, you know, I'm dying to go to the chat room and say hello, but the damn isp on my phone is just not happy with me abusing my data, well, Verizon did sell me "unlimited" usage, but, being as they are a big lying nasty corporation, they found a way to make it nearly worthless, they just stop the feed or really really really really slooooooooooooow it down.

Thus, I'm very anxious for the Geek Squad at Best Buy to return my computer (it's been fixed and is in transit) so I can go somewhere with decent WiFi....

And that's about the sum of it.

It amazes me how addictive it is, chat, G+, Reddit, etc. I need a girlfriend and for the economy to pick up so I can get out there and make some money. Probably I need this to happen in the opposite order, but, what do you do?

Got my hands on a PC to use while my notebook is in the shop. Yeah, computers, need them.

Okay, so back to getting my shit together.

Best Buy Geek Squad says two weeks or so before my computer is fixed. All I can say is FUCK.

So I had a great chat with a dude at the bar last night while eating dinner and drinking a hef.

Why is it that you never find a woman alone at a bar like that?

Chicks seem to always travel in packs, or at least pairs. And it's awkward to try and isolate one in that setting, but I get it, why wing men were invented.

I can't decide these days if I want a semi serious relationship, or if I am going to be keeping my life simple for awhile, I sure like being in love. God damn, that is something I miss.

Well, writing on a phone sucks, plain and simple, note to self, get wealthy, buy extra computer.

Oh, yes, and fall in love.

Computer still broken. On phone. Fml.... God damn technology, so fragile. Like my relationships, apparently.

In a pub, in Orange County. Which sucks compared to a real city, but taking what I can get at the moment.

I am going back to the live world, but wanted to remind myself that friends can show up any time, any where and that it just takes time, patience, some social skills and a few bucks for beer.......

So last night was my first IRL experience with some SG members, bowling, drinks, a late night dinner at a fabulous hamburger joint out in the IE.

Talking online, chats, forums, boards, messages, emails, texting, all good fun, but getting out there and meeting new people face to face, making friends, drinking, talking, laughing, that's what it's about.

I'm very happy about it, glad I joined here, and hope to meet more people and have more good times.

Life is about growth.

I found out recently that I've lived a sort of sheltered life, not all bad, I have 3 wonderful children as the result of being a family guy.

But fuck me.

Life is too short to regret that I'm not still married to the teenage sweetheart living in suburbia in the 3 bedroom house with a Volvo, a pool and a Golden Lab.

I'm going to live. To travel. Make friends, drink beer, have fun, enjoy sex.

If we've meet here on SG in any way, well, I hope someday to have beer with you. And maybe more, for god's sake.

Friday it rained and we had hail. So, cold front in So Cal.. Crazy. So, spent a lot of time here on SG, since I couldn't do the work I was supposed to do today (outside stuff and too muddy and wet).

Well, things could be worse.

Life is difficult.

Well the chat app is working better today, making new friends.
