The Shins + The Brunettes on last Tuesday night was a really good show !
First, The Brunettes, that I've never heard before but someone told me I would love them ... and it is true ! I like bands with lots of poeple in it. They were 7 so they could add interesting sounds to their music like Saxophone, trompette, cello ( I think that the word for Violoncelle) and castasgnettes (thos lil clap thingie in spanish music ... ) and many more ... it's really fun music that you feel like dancing and they were from Middle Earth !!!! eeeeuuuh I mean New Zealand ...

It's the only band I could stand for that long and still want more. thay played for an hour and half almost ! like all their good song ... if they missed one I really like (cuz I like every song) I dont remember and they added some new one which is very nice the new record will be very good if those song represent well thei new material .
... But I was really close to the stage and the sound wasnt really good .. the Keyboard from were I was was WAY too high so James' voice was almost not audible and just the drums and a bit of bass could go through that too much keyboard sound .... someone told me in the midlle it was ok ... but still on certain songs it was a bit high true but it's being picky to say that she said ... oh well I'm not that disapointed but it was a choice of mine to stay close of the stage ... maybe it was the wrong one but I love to see everything and from a close perpective ... I'm just a fucking groupie I admit it.
It was an awesome show I was smilling non stop .. music is such a great invention.
