Wow what a crazy week it's been sine I have last blogged! A friend came out to see me from WA/OR area and I showed her around Boston....again. She loves it out here almost as much as I loved living in PDX so it's a great time when we get together on either coast! Got to go to the 100th anniversary of Fenway Park open house and chill and have a few beers and some sausage and peppers.... drank a few after at the Tap Room (highly recommended lil hole in the bar pub with an AMAZING list of good brews on tap.) Then we hit up JJs in Northboro to mete up with dome other peeps and get silly and play for a bit. Sunday was all about kicking back...enjoying the rain and catching a flick at the Regal in Westboro. Then today I dropped her of at Logan for a 3:40 flight back to the PNW. Next trip will be probably around July or so.... always looking forward to the next one as she is a VERY cool and mesmerizing chic indeed.

Boring Friday night.... my sister and her BF are at each other's throats..... again. Fucking love this shit. He's FAR too quick to be a douche waffle and she is NEVER wrong... ever. So it's a good time all around.

Aaaaaaand I just had to break up a fight. Awesome.

On a lighter note: I got a new white board at work.... just about when I was ready to leave for the day so I had to break it in and leave a lil something for the weekend crew. LOL! Yeah I'm a #StarwarsGeek it's true

Hey all!! As promised I am FINALLY updating and saying hello properly..... It's been a while I know... I know.

So what up?! How is everyone doing on this wicked lazy Sunday morning? I am doing absolutely nothing but kicking back, maybe throwing in a little laundry, possibly get out and do a little bit of grocery shopping.... maybe drink a beer or 7... ya know, the usual domestic Sunday BS that is unavoidable on occasion. LOL

Other than the usual stuff.. I haven nothing new going on really. I think I am about to get hired full time at my work. Which is amazing because that comes with a almost $7 an hour raise. (ssssssssssh...don't jinx it!) I am just waiting for the background check stuff and all the long and drawn out paperwork that goes along with new hire scenarios to be completed and then all should fall into place as planned. Not too shabby... it only took me like 6 months (almost 7) to get hired on and the offer they gave me is more than I had expected or budgeted for so Yaaaay me. LOL. Looks it's the little things these days right?!

So I have definitely been missing Portland, OR lately. I find myself thinking I want to jump in the car and head over to Alberta ST and chill when the sun is out.... makes me kind of sad. Booooooo! But I will absolutely visit there again. I don't think I will ever take the love I have for PDX out of my heart. Amazing place. PLus I have to hit Edgefield for some fresh brew and live music sometime this summer maybe!
