SoI have been out of this site for years. Someone with a kind heart renewed my membership for a bit. As it is anonymous. I would LOVE to hear from you whoever you may be. I'm waiting to find out who you are lol. And a sincere thankyou, such a kind gesture of you. 
Shawn is home. I actually feel up to training 6 days a week again. I have only trained between 2 or 3 days each week for the past 3 weeks. I'm way overdue. I have gained back some weight as I had desired. This is difficult. Its so hard to gain muscle weight and workout so much that you burn everything else off. High protein diet is a must for this!!
My training routine for this week is as follows
Monday - 2 Mile bike ride to the Studio. Training, Bike ride to the gym and heavy weight sets for upperbody(Chest, arms, shoulders, abs). Bike back home.
Tuesday - 2 Mile bike ride to the Studio. Endurance training, Bike ride home.
Wednsday - 2 mile bike ride to studio, Training. Bike ride to gym. Heavy weight sets on lower body(quads, calves, etc) Ride back home. 50 pushup intervals 400+ crunches
Thursday - 3 Mile bike ride to the Mall. Few miles of walking. 3 miles back home. 2 Miles to the Studio. Fighter Training/Full Sparring. 2 Miles back home 50 pushups intervals 400+ crunches
Friday - 2 Miles to Studio. Endurance Training. Back to gym, heavy weight sets on back and neck. Light weights on legs and arms. Bike back home. 50 pushup intervals 400+ crunches
Saturday - 2 miles to Studio, Training. Followed by Endruance/Fighter training. 2 Miles back home. 3 Mile run. 200 crunches 30 pushup intervals
This is pretty much my workout schedule everyday. I live by it. Keep the bikes in heavy gear and ride it hard. Watch my food intake. And find tiem to have fun in between. YAY!! This keeps me happy. This is why they call me the "Madman."

Shawn is back home. Not only did he win all his fights by TKO or KO, but he is now World Champion carrying a beautiful GOLD MEDAL!!!! I am so proud of him. This is such a great achievement. He is truly gifted, he is a phenominal athlete. He must feel like King of the World. Major bragging rights. Fuck yes!!! Peace and Love to all.

My Fight Instructor Shawn Yarborough, as I've said is in Thailand fighting in an international tournament. He is now i nthe finals. He defeated 3 or 4 from countries I'm unsure of , I think Spain, and two others. Anyways, he's killing it. All TKO's. This is GREAT!!!! He's my hero.
In my end of training, I took a knee ot the head tonight. The gu ywas so worried about me, he couldn't stop apologizing and what not. So I asked if I was bleeding. He said no, so I said let's continue then. I felt lightheaded, but I'm ok. When I got home I looked i nthe mirror and nwo I have a purple bruise alittle bit before my hairlien and then back. It hurts but thats ok

Tackle defenses, guillotine chokes and takedowns, light minimal padwork and light timed sparring. Not much else for training tonight. Went to the gym afterwards, did the recumbnant bike with my friend I'm traing for 30 minutes. I've decided we'll ride actual bikes to where I train a good 2 miles easy and back to the gym and then to my house so a good 5 miles easy each tiem he trains with me. This way we don't have to reserve cardio bikes, we'll getr mroe time for weightlifting etc. I'll give teh scoop on how it works. Wednsday. Peace and Love all.

So I wanted to rent all the original Omen movies and watch it with some friends. Sadly thogh every movie store we went to they were all out. Seriously, what the fuck? LOL. It was hilarious though. I took my ex to her prom this past Friday. I haven't been in school in years, so it was quite strange. Cliche yes, and there was alot of rap music. But hey I got to eat some shrimp and lumpia. Fun times. I have been training my friend his attitude about losing weight is great. He's got it down so far. Now to throw a challenge at him. We have this pizza place we used to go to every 2 months or so sometimes more often. Anyways, its the best in town and we love it. Since he's started his diet and training with me he hasn't touched anything unhealthy like that. So I'm goign to make him a deal. If he loses 10 lbs in say oh 2 weeks I'll take him out for Sicilian. Great night. Went to my bestfriend's graduation. Her Dad took us all out to dinner to a really suave expensive restaraunt o nthe waterfront. And we had a blast all night. Good times are rolling.
