Well it was a semi productive day. Got a few more things done, got to the gym, could have worked harder there but I needed to save some energy. Still trying to work out the sleep issue as I'm not sleeping well, or regular hours ended up having a nap that took too long today too.
I'm hoping once my exercise schedule gets regular it will help regulate my sleep too. I don't like taking sedatives to sleep, and I'm fairly sure that if I go see my doctor about it all she will do is prescribe a different pill than the one I'm already not taking.
Still hoping for coffee tomorrow with the girl messaged her but, I'll be honest at this point I can take it or leave it. It would be nice but it is not necessary, "Happiness is not something readymade. It comes from your own actions." - Dalai Lama and you know what? My happiness will come from reaching my goals, re-enlisting, and becoming the person and achieving the success that I have let elude me for so long.
