On August 25th I stepped on the bathroom scale it registered 263lbs. It was the heavist I'd ever been. I had two roads to go down, either buy a moo-moo, or start changing my ways. I chose to change my habits. As of today I am 206lbs. I am so proud of myself when I look in the mirror. I still am in shock at how far I've come. This is all to a change in how I see food, not as an enjoyment, but as fuel for my body. All I change was my diet salads and and soups became my go to's. Beef and other fatting foods became my rewards. I have not starved myself. I just became aware of what was going in and what I was burning off on a daily basis. Beer has become a weekend enjoyment, fast food is all but gone from my mind. I am happy with myself and where I am going. my goal is to be at 173 by January 18th of 2013, it will be my 32nd birthday and I plan on making it happen and maintaining that weight. The biggest support has been from my familly and friends. My proudest achievement has been from people noticing my wieght loss. I am more proud of myself then I have been in a loooong time.
Gonna get the smoker going tomorrow. Using pecan and hickory wood, to smoke a 14 pound brisket. This should be a great start to my bbq and grilling season!!!
So for the last hour I had a 10 year old busting my balls, no shit. My cousins kid will be my euligizer at my funneral for sure!!!
Anyone been to the Flying Saucer? of course theres more than one I'm kinda a regular at the addison and garland ones only 52 beers till my first plate, yay me
Gonna build a home bar soon, stocking up on the alcohol now. Feels wierd buy so much alcohol in bulk.
