So excited! My birthday is coming up in a few weeks and Stephen and I are going to go to Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure and then he is taking me to Emeril's Tchoup Chop restaurant! Look how pretty it is!!!
I am undecided on what I will order for my meal, but I'm definitely ordering this amazing appetizer!

Then we are in the process of planning our One-Year Anniversary weekend for 3/20-22. We are going to go here:

We picked the Caribbean Resort because our honeymoon was in Jamaica and we want that type of feel.
We're going to Epcot on our actual anniversary and have reservations at the San Angel Inn for dinner and Chefs de France for lunch:

I'm just so ridiculously excited. We never do vacations because we are always broke. Now we are totally tourist-ing out!!! Yay. Things are good.
I'm done with my show, "25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee" - thank god. Here's a few fun shots though. I'm the black haired girl with pigtails - hehe.

Jeez...stop with all the cute overload! You are blinding meeee!! How is it that you can totally rock a plaid dress and pigtails and look so HOT? I guess it will just be one of those great mysteries of life. 
I'm happy to hear you and Stephen are still going strong. Keep making time for one another...take time to just "be" with one another.
