I'M EFFING ENGAGED!
So yes, Stephen proposed this past Saturday night. It was sweet - he took me to dinner and I had some fantastic scallops and crab fondue and then he gave me a kickass ring.
So needless to say, I'm on cloud 9 like a silly schoolgirl. I keep veering off the road looking at my hand while driving. I've seriously lost it. Wedding is set for the end of March next year. Oh, the excitement.
In other news, we were part of a yard sale this weekend with some of our friends to raise money for the homeless kids here in Marion County. We made $1,100. We're grouping with "Restore Ocala" which is planning to get a program together for the summer so that the kids who are on free/reduced lunch during the school year get to eat during the summer as well.
Still spending a ton of time on World of Warcraft. I rolled a blood elf hunter alt a few weeks ago and have been playing around with her a lot. I tamed my pet, a springpaw stalker, and have been basically kicking ass with my kitty and my bow. I can't wait to see what she does once she reaches the 20's. Stephen rolled a mage alt on the same server, and he's playing around with it, too - but I think he likes his warlock better. I'm still fond of my priest - lvl 31 now - I'm learning the whole healing for groups thing pretty well.
Well, I should go sort some laundry, learn to cook, and do some other wifely things to prepare for my inevitable marriage.
I'm gonna try to sift through journals and see what you all have been up to. Kisses and hugs!

Congrats!!!! The ring is a beaut! Hey, I just wanted to tell you, I was in the Christian group just a minute ago, and I was reading your posts from feb. regarding the election. I think you had some really great talking points, btw....I pretty much agreed with everything you said! (not to like, blow rainbows up your butt, but yeah, good posts!!!)
