hey all,

apologies again for the lateness of my updates, ive been really busy with the usuals: work, my beautiful boyfriend, work, video games and x men

it was free comic book day in Adelaide the other day, and i had an awesome time picking lumps of comic books to take home - all free of charge! i even got the last x men one, the guys behind the counter said they had sold out and ended up finding one for me before i left. awesome ^_^

more wonderful x-men related news - i finally picked the perfect design for my tattoo! it is going on my left calf, and its of rogue and gambit "embracing".. is like theyre touching without touching, its really beautiful. ill post a photo as soon as i get it done. im scared it might not be for a year, i decided ill have two more tatts this year. one of a lotus flower + water on my right shoulder, and the x men calf one.

also, you may have noticed that i deleted my first set. this is because i absolutely hated it after a while. dont get me wrong, it was a really fun experience, and i had a great time with rackie - considering our limited resources, she did an amazing job, and everyone has commented on her skills (except for a few opinionated people who i would love to slap).

im keen to do a new set, and i have some great ideas (including "mini golf" - thanks for that one tsuar!) but as you all know the rules (no sets til i move out) i might have to wait another year or so.
josh and i are hoping to move to japan next year, its going to be amazing.

then i can do a cuuute lolita set!!

sorry its been so long since i posted, work is uber hectic and im volunteering on the side as much as i can. my dream is still to work with animals in the future - whatever field i can get into that can help my passion for animals grow. wish me luck all, and if you have any advice please pass it on!

im also finishing year 12 this year so i hope to do more study at TAFE in animal fields next year.
buttt, on the 16th of april i get to spend a day on a farm learning how to handle cattle =P fun fun!

now for a tattoo update (god its so hard not to write "on another note,"), im getting tattoo #8 on monday!

she was a really curvy, really beautiful blonde/honey coloured haired-girl and she was standing in tall grass and had on.. a blue bra i think... and had tattoos all over her hips and stomach
and freckles too, if my memory serves me correctly
she was SO fine
and I WANT TO SEE HER SET :'(

on another note, im highly stressed at work. i have so much pressure, AND im studying part time, AND volunteering, AND attempting to enrol in a 6-week long short course in animal rescue.

it doesnt help having *people* on my back, telling me being social is not the "right thing" to do when i have to manage my time better, PFFFFFFFT!!!

RSPCA work is amazing. i start officially this week. anytime i want

i would have spent all day there today but im incredibly sick. started as a cold, now its an "upper respiratory tract infection", gone from viral to bacterial i got antibiotics and i spent the entire saturday night awake and sick with a fever. im frequenting about 5 blood noses a day, its awful.

i cant stop coughing either

BUT I HAVE SOME MORE GREAT NEWS
the rspca work made me realise what i really want out of life. i was always interested in veterinary work and Rspca work but now i am finally experiencing it i realise that i am destined to follow this dream. i am saving up for a short course in may, for "wildlife rescue".

it goes for about a month and teaches the basics of wildlife handling, rescue, first aid etc. its AMAZING as i dream of one day having my own local wildlife rescue sanctuary - like an emergency place for people to bring in injured wildlife.

im so excited about it.
looking to do a veterenary nurse course next year ^.^

I am now just a member, no longer a hopeful
But never fear, when the time comes and i move out i may be ready for another shot
I hope youll all support me through this, it was not an easy decision.

On another note, RSPCA training commences Sunday week. THAT MEANS i can volunteer after like a week! I have my uniform all ready and im SUPER excited.
