we have a tiny apartment, they're invading my tiny space ALL TOO OFTEN.

been getting into a lot of new music lately and i'm digging on a lot of it hard. alexisonfire type stuff. they've always been one of my favorites, but i never really branched into the genre. it was association music, ya know?
don't act like you've never done it. some new hottie in your life drops a band name and of course they're one of your favorites too. you just have to get home and torrent it quick and learn most of the words before you see him again.
it's a tad shiesty, but i've found some real favorite bands that way. slacker and pandora found some good ones for me, even if i was putting in the bands i downloaded to know some related bands haha.
there's also a sexy ginger sending me band names to look into because i told him i needed good music and any band he'd mentioned in the past i knew was one that i liked. i may have thrown out some bands i've only listened to sparingly to try to impress him though haha. but this is legit music research, that's not what makes me feel like a bitch. the fact that he's the roommate of my ex boyfriend does though. it's not just music texts, if ya hear me. they're both 3000+ miles away, so i doubt there's gonna be an option to seal that bitchy deal, but the interest is there. like i might have wanted the ginger's number when i got his roommate's number. he turned out to be a good guy though, and while i wanted to and maybe tried once i never cheated on my man. but he's not my man anymore - that doesn't mean he's not thinking about following me to the other coast because fuck if i found a clinger - and this isn't the first time i've gone for the roommate/best friend combo haha.
ugh. so i'm in the middle of the delicate process of making it clear to my ex that he is that exactly without burning every bridge to his roommate. because i might be back in their hood in the spring for my sister's graduation.
it's not exactly a situation to discuss with your girlfriends - like i've ever had many of those haha - and none of my guy friends wanna hear about it so i'm venting here. seems like a good idea, but with my luck it's probably not.
did i mention both these boys are motorcycle riding grease monkeys? well, they are and that's like my kryptonite.
