One of the options if I don't land the job is to turn my bachelor of science into a master of science...
Got me a one-way ticket for a 2nd job interview. I weighed the pros and cons...
If I had them get me a return flight,
best case: I'd be coming back to leave again and not earn much because I'd have to buy my own one way ticket
worst case: I'd be returning to a job I no longer am thrilled by and a country I ultimately want to leave
With my one-way ticket,
best case: I can start sooner (and I save them $$)
worst case: I'm on holiday and can take my time finding something I want to do
cross your fingers for me.

watched wall-e before bed. not sure which is more disturbing, allowing that much trash, or becoming those blobs that cannot walk
twitter seems to suit me a lot more than blogging, much like instant messaging suits me more than email.

Some days, the wonderful women here fill me with hope; others they rob me of it. Usually it's one or the other, but today I had a little of both.
Where is my Strip Mall Romance? I could listen to this over and over.
I first saw you at the strip mall
In the arcade playing pinball
You were wearing brand new sneakers
A catchy song was on the speakers
I didn't want to stare too hard
Got a drink from the near juice bar
You were playing your last token
I put on my strawberry lotion
You turned around
and walked my way
My heart raced fast and I wanted to say
Love, I love you

When confronted by our worst nightmares, the choices are few: Fight, or flight.
We hope to find the strength to fight our fears, but sometimes, despite ourselves, we run. What if the nightmare gives chase, what do we do then?

I can never decide which to do first:
1) stuff that I'm dreading doing but really ought to
2) stuff that I enjoy that is equally as important
