Hi! So, a lot's been going on lately. I've been trying to get my shit together for the commercial art project I took on, work is super freaking busy (hot weather = booze sales through the roof), and I am trying to meet new friends and socialize (Harry Potter this weekend ftw!).... while avoiding crazy roommates and awkward social interactions.



^--- That is a picture of us ripping out our pot-growing porch like structure (damn you, municipal government!). We're going to make it all pretty with a new table and chairs set and get our hot tub working again! When we bought this place it was in pretty rough shape.



^--- Oh! And I cleaned up my dump of a room! Now it's all pretty and I sit around naked in it whenever I can. Note to self: get blinds as creepy man across the street is creepy.

And lastly, I bought a bunch of new clothes. This skirt is my favourite... ---v





And lastly: man, check out that huge ass bruise on my thigh! I walked into a chair at the bar and I didn't realize that I did that much damage to myself. Gross!

I am apparently in the most fucked up relationship that I didn't even realize that I opted into. :| How's that for ya.

I think I need to throw caution and comfort to the wind as it isn't getting me fucked.

This is partly metaphorical and partly not.

Last night was super fun! Rested up, watched some House MD and then went out to the new club in town. I don't get out much so it was pretty cool! We know the manager of a local restaurant so we got free drinks and dessert and that is WIN.



Just dyed my hair back to a basic black because I couldn't decide what I wanted to do with it. I think I'm going to be growing it out, but eh... might get fed up with that.

That's me at work. Aside from being super freaking long, work was pretty good. My boss didn't yell at me and I got more free alcohol. Sometimes management is awesome. Local cider/mead, raspberry beer, and Australian wine! Fuuuun.

I think I'm going to cut and colour my hair very soon. And get more piercings now that I have more money. And ink!

Also, got my first paid art job today! This weekend's been awesome.
