Other than work, politics have taken up all of my time lately. I'm pretty concerned with the outcome of this election, given that I think Stephen Harper is a douche bag. In somewhat positive news, however, Jack Layton of the NDP is going to be on Vancouver Island this week so I am making plans to attend his rally!

Its such a beautiful place. I miss it a lot!
Stress kills... literally! cortisol the stress hormone can literally eat away at your innards. Just think of that when you're stressed 
Just look at it as "I could stress out and give myself a heart attack, or I could be relaxed and try to think of a good way of resolving the problem"...whatever it may be.

Aye, Harper is sort of like a dreary black cloud which obscures my otherwise idyllic vision of Canada.
