Now single after a 6 years long stable relationship... I didn't expect this to happen. Life is full of surprises. I'm now trying to keep stoic about all this, and don't let feelings take over the mind.

Ah, such is life. Not as long as 6 years, but a long and devoted and occasionally passionate (both bad and good) relationship of nearly 4 years ended at the beginning of autumn this year. I hope change has been good to you as it has been for me thusfar...
