so my puppy had to have his knee rebuilt because he had a blown ligament which he has had from before I adopted him a few months ago. Last night was his first night home from the hospital and I am already exhausted and worn out lol

I have to carry him down two flights of stairs everytime he needs out and he weighs like 70 pounds, he won't sleep and he doesn't like being in the crate so he screams and screams

So I am stuck on ideas for my forearm sleeve. As of right now i can't decide if I should represent my home by doing the Nuggets logo or something Forsberg related. I also need something fairly bad ass to put in it to go along with my girl's cross and my grandfather's dogtags

so today I turn 32 and officially complete me break from my dad's side of the family by getting my name change finalized. I really figured it was time to be free of all the bad karma and bonds to family I really have nothing to do with

I saw Scott Pilgrim last night and can not stop talking about how perfectly awesome it was. I haven't laughed so much at a film in a long time and the casting was pretty much perfect in every way. It was also another level up in visual presentation and captured the comic panels and the vibe of videogames brilliantly. Chris Evans and Brandon Routh stole the film. You all have to go see it

So I have been working out like a fiend with the JungleGYm suspension trainer and other assorted weights and I am starting to get back into the shape I was in when I was a college athlete. Now if only I could pack on about ten more pounds of muscle

so I am thinking of adding a few of the multiple Rings from the various Green Lantern corps around the cross I have tattooed on my forearm to make a halfsleeve. I just need serious help with ideas on how to work them all together in a cool design

so I have a MMA fight saturday night which will be my shot at trying to move up a level and then it's also the weekend of Brown vs Faber 2. Should be a pretty eventful weekend lol
