i have a job interview today! my anxiety is kinda high cuz im nervous, i havent worked in almost 2 years due to anxiety. wish me luck everyone, i'll let ya know how it turned out
im doing good. anxiety is slowly going away, it feels great. i think i need a med tweak but im doing ok guys and gals. thanx for your support.
I went jogging this morning. It felt so good, i felt free and alive. Especially since i woke up in a panic attack that is which sucked ass. But im feeling much better, im happy and theres nothing better.
I upped my abilify last night. I feel super sleepy which sux and dizzy but its letting up. My anxiety is doing ok, its there still but not as bad as its been. Im still hopeful this med combo will be the one. Keeping fingers crossed still.xoxo
