I don't understand why people don't acknowledge same sex marriage as a marriage. As a military member, if my wife wants to come on base and go to the PX, what is the difference between having a husband or a wife? I just can't understand the archaic thought process that a marriage has to be a man and a woman. Love is blind, and anyone (man and woman, man and man, or woman and woman) should be able to have the same legal benefits of being married. I know as a society we are slowly getting there, but it still is frustrating to me.

I want to set the world on fire

I have looked at this set way too many times over the past couple of days.

I have a weakness for women with blue hair.
I am so happy it is the weekend. Next week is going to go by fast. I am already prepping for black Friday. I hate it but I am cheap so I deal with it.
Friday afternoon we had mandatory fun and they decided on bowling. I hate bowling. Hate it. As someone who works out a lot, loves sports, is pretty damn competitive, being bad at something like bowling grates on me. I just don't get it. After a few frames everyone started trying to teach me. If I ever knocked down a pin everyone clapped. They were trying to be kind. It was humiliating. Thank God it is done.
So make me feel better, what game or sport are you terrible at?

I got Halo, so this weekend should be all homework and Halo.

yay, long weekend.
I took Canelo to the vet today. He got shots, his microchip and flea meds. When we got home, I gave him a bath. Love that cat. He wasn't too happy, but I really wanted the microchip. He weighs a little bit over 16 lbs, which I guess is big for a cat. He doesn't seem big to me. It is funny how we sleep. I always start on one side of the bed with him next to me. By morning, I am on the other side of the bed, the blanket is on the floor, and Canelo is taking up the other half where I was(he always lays horizontal). I really love him and my other furball. I can't imagine life without them.

Well, so much for where I grew up. Thank you Sandy. At least my family is alive and ok.
