There are times when its made me strong
Mostly moments; although,
Where I shrank like a coward.

A barely describable characteristic
Such as virtue can be;
Would make any soul strive towards it
Yet the will power to reach it
Is cumbersome
Waning like the moon
Shifting between this and that

So Lacking the ability to love
Can sound like salvation for few
Who are afraid
Like me.
Like the many.

Defining it
Or defying it
When touching that hand
Which makes you tremble
Or smiling in the eyes
Of the stranger that scares you

Tempting a soul
Ensaring the dreams
That naive minds hold
In slumber.

So “dream on”
Make a life
In which only dreams
Could be proud;
Then perhaps....
Love won’t be afraid
Wary of woe’s uknown;
Struggling like the living do
Live life fighting
Or die
Without trying.

i lost my keys. somehow. in my apt. its funny, cause the last time i saw them i had just returned from grocery shopping. i set them in 1 of 2 places. the kitchen, or in the living room. ive checked the whole house top to bottom. they're nowhere to be found.
