Bad day yesterday feeling isolated and grouchy.
Today though was much better. hoping that the sunshine would help the poison ivy rashes, I grabed a couple Fosters oil cans and was off to Hippy Hollow. One of the places that I enjoyed when I lived here before.
The weather was great a slight breese and very few people. After living in phoenix for 15 years I had forgoten how much I love water. It was too cold to swim for most people, I would have swam if there was ice, couldent get enough. The sun didn't do much for the rash but it made the rest of me a bright pink too
Probobly shouldent lay in the sunsince the little spots, freckles want to become big spots melanoma.
Moms out of the hospital turns out not to be a pluming problem, no blockages, but an electrical problem. She could end up with a pacemaker. The tests did alert her to an anurism of 2.3cm which for obvious reasons she will have to get taken care of.
Staying with her for a wile to help her out is not easy
but im the only one she has.

Will my moms still in the hospital but some of the tests may have come up with a solution to the problem. More pills but at least she should be ok. Drat!
I am covered from head to toe with poison ivy so far its not to bad. After I was finished I rinced off with white vinigar to help break down the oil that causes the alergic reaction. Rubbing alcahol has nothing on vinigar when rubed into a cut or scratch. OOOOOOwwwcchhhh!
really opend up your sinuses too. For some strange reason I crave french fries 
Maybe if I get red and puffy I will use a photo of myself in that condition for my Profile.
Now I must hunt for calamine lotion

Bummer day Spaz my Basset Rotweiler (3 feet long 1 foot tall and 1 foot wide )mix decided to get sick. Vomiting shaking lethargy, so we were off to the vet.

Wile he reasted I went to austin to Jazz for some cajun food, the only place I can remember since I lived here last. Same old 6th street. Had a few beers in a tea house just off 6th., don't remember the name,liked it though. Reminds me of the Rogue in Tempe AZ
Also bought a printer to put togeather portfolios so I can get back to torturing Arches

New to this so excuse me if I make a few mistakess. Sitting here in the hill country enjoying the breeze, with intermitant smells of different plants and flowers.
Just came from Alberta recently so the warmth is nice. Spent the winter up there working in the Natural gas fields. Needed to shake things up.
I used to live in Austin about 15 years ago and all the people that I knew have moved on making it a somewhat lonely place for me currently.
Doing the job search thing, allways a miserable experience. Im a litlte too excentric, I prefer excentric to wierd, for large firms and I'm told Im intimidating. Without ever intending to be. Maybe its my size and the fact that I have bright red hair, or because I was naked and had a gun HA!
I would like to go out and get absolutly obliterated, compleatly and totaly drunk and make a fool of my self. Sounds like a goal for this week.
