ok, Like a promised some things I am working on for work


This is a door that will be two sided... so it can be used for different scenes...


these risers will go in front of that door and also pose as different scenes for two different shows



This is what I look like (on Fridays) when at work, with my kilt... The mirror is very dusty BTW


and here are some of my own tools I use at the shop... they do not care well for the tools at the shop so I bring my own





so that is my work life... I love it...

it is time for a new blog...

I am taking pictures of the next show I am working on tomorrow and will post while I have a beer or four tomorrow....

well, the world Juniors is over and that always ends the holidays for me even though I was still working. Looks like Canada will have to go back to the drawing board and redesign our young players.... they did great, and I am very proud of them.

My boy is back in Ontario and will be back to school on Monday,,, I miss the fuck out of him...

I have a rehearsal to watch today to get an idea of how I'm going to light this show....






drank a lot of Picaroons Irish red... it has a low % so I was not wasted,,,, but feeling good....this season

had to go into work this morning to continue this show I am building for the local High school. This meant it was not a very late night for me last night.

I am on track so morning builds work for me... so it will be kinda like half days for me.

we got a lot of snow over the weekend and last week but things seem fine so far.

Have a very Merry Christmas

I am home... thank-you all for sending me the energy that I needed to get through this tour. It went well, but I put in a 71 hour week in just 4 days. The show looked great and was worth the effort I put into it... it was just the load out took so long... to long. I know I could knock a half hour off that time.

getting a little snow today, that might turn to rain... it will be a mess...

I have the day off so I will catch up with you all and get a little Christmas shopping in I hope.

this will be a very trying weekend for me as we will be on the road.... we are doing four shows in four days and it will be tiring. I have taken on the head LX role and still get called on to do my other job.

Please send extra mojo my way for this weekend... and a little sleep dust for the rest of the week so I can get some kip.

A day off today... Must prep for the four day tour....

Schools are cancelled today due to a snow storm... No snow as of yet....

Might do a little Christmas activity today... Like bake cookies....
