aye, but I've understood it for some time.
It's "funny" but her salary is the same as mine.
I'm not resentful at all
she's that good.
What I didn't really understand is how much of the minutia she was responsible for, she not only handles all the office bills, etc., but she pays all of my boss's personal bills, balances his accounts, schedules his travel, etc.
She's been with him longer than me (and I've been there 15 years), but it's scary how much he has relied upon her - - he doesn't even know which is our client escrow account.
It's downright terrifying that we almost lost her.
