Frigid! It's getting downright cold here. On Tuesday I got to work without power It's back on now though. Good thing cuz I was freezing at work too. Yes, I loved them. I think for Christmas this year I'll be buying a whole lot of music for myself. Can't listen to spotify in the car, plus I loves road trips!

Sadly no. I'm working Monday - Saturday for the next three plus weeks straight. Sundays will be just sleeping,errands and laundry.

I once knew someone who was on the 12 Step programme for alcohol (and on one for her eating disorder) and it can be very demanding, emotionally that is, because of having to talk to the sponsor every day and the level of openness required and the fact that the sponsor, having been through it all themselves, often knows the kind of thoughts/temptations that you have and basically doesn't take any shit and just comes out and asks probing questions and keeps asking. I seem to recall her telling me that one of the steps involved getting in touch with all the people she had hurt through being an alcoholic and apologising to them (or something like that) which must be a difficult thing to do (and yet must help to cement one's resolve while also helping friends, family etc to understand what you are doing and hopefully encourage them to be supportive).

Me too! Mainstream is just not me I'm happy there are bands like ABR that add variety to my holidays.
