Just finished the entire series of Dead Like Me the television series on Netflix. Two days' worth of Finals studying procrastination at its best. And as always there was the welcome distraction of Kayla.

Tell me about your day? WHat did you like about it? Was there something that happened that, later, you were thankful that it happened?

That happened to me twice today. Two girls have no clue how much they helped brighten my day. All they did is hang out with me throughout the day at separate times. When you sit back and really see who and what is around you, its an awesome effect. I saw two angels who, perhaps without knowing it, hung out with lonely old me. We had some good laughs, smoked some hookah and had some nice conversation. No strings attached. No hidden emotions. just Humans enjoying the company of another.
Made me smile.
Allison and Jessie... you two are amazing.

How it changes....

I find myself as a second year transfer student at Kansas University. BFA program without a specified concentration yet.
I'm afraid to make a wrong move here. Say I choose the wrong area of study? What if I am unhappy with my decision and live to regret it? What if Harry Potter had not been able to defeat He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named?
I think I'm afraid. Which is new for me.

Oh, and just took an ART HISTORY Exam today. First one of the semester... oh joy. It went quite well actually. I wouldn't mind it if you had your fingers crossed for me.
Cool news: Apparently I have gallery space in the Student Union at KU.... any theme ideas??

PS- Listen to the Finding Neverland Soundtrack when you are high and want to relax even more. It works.

Fuck the darkroom right in the ass. I don’t miss those days. I have books filled with instructions and recipes for my own prints. They’re like spell books for a dead magic.

Photography is becoming less of a sport though with the ease of digital technology and online availability... I asked my neighbors little sister how she edited some of her photos because some of them were pretty cool, I'd had to admit. She told me she uses Photoshop CS2....
..... and she is like 13. WTF Mate? I'm getting shown up by a barely pubescent teenager? (she confessed she found a tutorial) but still! .....shiiiiiiit....

So I've decided to start doing my artsy stuff and fix the big fissure in the universe and set things right again. A college art student should know more than meddling middle schoolers about photoshop editing tricks ...
This is exactly the motivation I need to kick my butt into gear. Expect some EPIC shit soon!
