Wow I have been busy busy busy!!
Working really hard managing our restaurant's bar lately, haven't had much time to post.
Everything has been going pretty great. We are getting busier and busier every day, and customers have been leaving with smiles on their faces. Every sunday we've been having our "Crawfish Boil". If you are unaware of what a crawfish is, it is kinda like a mini-lobster that is boiled in cajun spices and served by the pound.

We also have been selling oysters like CRAZY!! I've been doing the majority of the shucking:
As you can see, my beard is getting pretty lengthy. And yes, I do feel I am becoming wiser.

I have found a small amount of time to have some fun, also.
On my birthday, I saw "Top Gun" in 3D and is was AWESOME!!
I celebrated my minute amount of Irish heritage on Saint Patrick's Day with an ice cold bottle of Jameson.
Also found some time to get a much needed haircut, let me know what you think pleeeeeaaassseeee!
I'm still unsure.
Anyway, wanted to make a quick update. I miss you all, please leave me some love!!

Wow! It has been wayyyy to long since my last blog post..
I have been very busy with work and I've also started dating someone new, so time to myself is sparse.
There have been a few pretty awesome things happening as of late:
A few of my friends own an apparel/culture company; Rage Harles.
A couple weeks ago I helped them throw their launch party, and it went really well.

So, I'm planning on getting a new tattoo in the next month or two..
This is the radio signal of the first pulsar ever discovered in space, and it also is the cover art from one of my favourite album of all time "Unknown Pleasures" by Joy Division.
I'm planning on covering my right should with this (just the black lines).

Hmm, I guess I have a few things to talk about..
It's Summertime and in Florida it has been pretty HOT. So, this time of year I take the pants of Winter and cut them off into shorts for the Summer. Here is a pair of shorts I made last week out of some black jeans that I rarely ever wore.
I think they came out pretty good.
I also went to a concert last weekend. It was this guy from Atlanta named "Cousin Dan". He makes ridiculous 80's dance-style music, and puts on a great show.
It was so much fun. He was handing out balloons for people to pop on his disco mirror codpiece, haha.
Well.. other than that I've been reading some pretty interesting books lately. I'm in the middle of this esoteric book on sacred magick and the aim of religion through ancient methods of science called "Equinox". It's actually a collection of different works by Alchemists of all different parts of the world. Some of it handbooks on the arts and others just poems. I'm on the handbook of Geomancy now. It's really interesting.
Today, I am reading, smoking, burning incense, and listening to the Smiths.

Hmm, I guess I have a few things to talk about..

It's only a tiny paragraph, but I wanted to sum up our existence in the shortest terms possible. It's a writing exercise meant to be descriptive, yet brief. Let me know what you think:
Think about the big picture. What our cells and atoms are made of, and how they were developed from nothing. How in reality, this whole world that we live in is less than a grain of sand in the Sahara when compared to the Universe. Our lives are only as meaningful as we make them as individuals, and we are only survived through our experiences and relationships. Everything we know and love will someday cease to exist.
I also drew on my hand a bit, haha.

I went to the river close by with a few friends, plenty of alcohol, and some weed baked cookies!!
It was a great time, and now I'm waiting on the pictures to come back so I can show you all. I'm glad that I didn't bite a beer can in half and cut my mouth this time... that kinda hurt.
Anyway, me and my friend Tim made shirts for the occasion. We made them small so we would look super ridiculous. Here is the one that I designed:
The creature that I made up is called a DOLFICORN (Dolphin + Unicorn).
This is me wearing the shirt on the way to the river.
..and no day in the sun is complete without some jorts and Tom's.
I will post another blog with pictures from the trip as soon as I can.

Sooooooooo goddamn frustrated right now.
I drank a bunch of booze a couple nights ago and had a heated argument with a friend over politics. This is nothing out of the ordinary, seeing as how I'm a militant liberal in the middle of the redneck littered south. What I'm frustrated about is the beautifully angry 400-500 word essay I wrote after coming home and toking the bong. I was so pleased with it. I wanted to post it in THIS exact blog entry, but my laptop decided to be a goddamn dick head and either lost or destroyed it... Grrr.
