Right you cunts, I'm off.
This place has been dying a slow and painful death for a while now, and I know most of you in real life anyway. However, this has been a very important part of my life for the past 4 years, so I feel like I owe it a proper goodbye.
I've met best friends and lovers here, shared secrets, laughed my ass off and been in more cuddle puddles than I can count. For all that I thank SG.
Not that photos can really do justice to the good times, I'm sure those of you who were there share the wonderful memories.

I fucking love you guys.
Yes I'm blazed, what of it?

Hey dudes,
I don't much like my last blog, it's boring so this is an attempt to not sound so dull.
Right, stuff:
mat8drb is round at the Nerd Cave today for a bakeathon. We've made a peanut butter oaty slice thing, maple walnut cupcakes and white chocolate blondies for the non vegans.

I got a sweet new tattoo (well, about 2 months ago).

I've also been very lucky to have been present for recordings of The Naked Scarf. If you haven't heard this Doctor Who podcast by TheQuestion and Secretary I suggest you download it quick smart.

Been making lots of tasty food:

I stole this recipe from Wilona. Chickpea roast veggie casserole nom!

Victoria sponge, recipe courtesy of Ms. Cupcake

Roasted autumn veg with polenta.

Breakfast sandwich, the breakfast of champions.

Not all that authentic pho.

Dinner from Thursday night, tofu satay hotpot. Possibly the tastiest thing i've made in quite some time.
Most of these recipes are on Vegan Perv Nerds Take London. Check it.
So there's still some not so good things batting around in my head, but right now the good outweigh the bad. Especially after having a lovely evening with Secretary on Friday, where she managed to talk some sense into me. ♥
Things to look forward to:
Wilona's birthday shenanigans in 2 weeks time
The Scotland / SGUK meet at the end of November
mat8drb's birthday celebrations in December
Watching some SCIENCE with Wilona and mat8drb
Christmas!
What do you guys have to look forward to?

Hi dudes, que pasa?
So, what's been going on?
Good stuff:
Fuzzles has moved in to the Nerd Cave, which is ace because not only is he vegan but he's also lovely too.
My 30th birthday was a few weeks ago, I had a shared Twin Peaks themed shindig with the divine Miss KellyMonster. Kelly dressed up as Dr Jacobi and looked incredible, I dressed as the Log Lady. No photos though unfortunately.
A couple of old friends from NZ who live over here came along too, which was ace as I'd really wanted both sets of friends in the same place for a really long time. It was a fantastic night, and thank you to everyone who was there.
I went to Greenwich with Wilona and Secretary last weekend to see the Astronomy Photographer of the Year exhibition at the Royal Observatory. If you like buzzing out about space I highly recommend you check it out, it's incredible.
Not so good stuff:
Depression has crept back in. Sometimes the feelings of loneliness and emptiness weigh so heavily it suffocates me. I don't really know what else to say about it, it's confusing and hard to put into words.
Headaches. Very bad ones, quite frequently. I'm sure they're coming from sore neck & shoulder muscles, and they come on hard and fast. I mostly get them at work which is annoying as when they appear I just want to lie down in a cool dark room.
They make me feel so pathetic.
So yeah, that's what's been going on. What about you guys?
x

Hai SG, how are you guys?
So it's been ages since I last updated, mostly because work has been mega stressful and it's making me want to hide away from everything.
In between the dark times there's been rays of sunshine, mostly in the form of you guys. Because I'm tired and it's getting close to my bedtime, this will be a photo blog.
Some happy times:

Eurovision chat hat party at the Nerd Cave

Friendly alley cat

The Bizarre Ball with these hot mamas

Stoned hang times at Miss KellyMonster's house with Sausage Tony

London Pride! Happened to coincide with theknives' hen do. Also managed to catch up with a friend from back home with his sexy gay friends. had a blast dancing in the streets with theknives, Secretary, Wilona and Snowy

Oh hey have you guys met my baby brother? This is him:

Went to Mr. MarkPlusBeer's birthday soiree on Saturday night, where we managed to coax him into wearing the monkey onesie Wilona and ObviousPrime bought him.

Yummy food:

Scrambled tofu = sex

Oh, and ♥

If you fancy a fap, you should check out Saiylor's new set, it's super sexy.

Hi SG!
I've been immensely lazy about updating my blog, I had planned to do an epic blog tonight, but the got stoned and watched The Walking Dead (amazingly epic, I love the comics so hard and the first episode completely did them justice) so this will mostly be pictures, which frankly I find more interesting anyway.
Ok, last 2 months, go:
I got a new tattoo, of a zombie cupcake and it's my favourite tattoo right now:

The SGUK Amsterdam trip was a massive success, wonderful people and such good times.

And I caught up with an old friend too:

Soon after Amsterdam TheQuestion and I set off for Marrakech. This was the first time Q had left the country, and he handled it like a champ.
We stayed in a beautiful quiet riad and played chess on the roof while eating fresh olives and figs, and I flexed my haggling skills in the souks. Seriously, don't fuck with me, apparently I haggle like a berber.

One thing I loved about Marrakech was all the kitties everywhere!

Since Morocco I've seen some of you at The Ship, at Feeling Gloomy for some fabulous dancing and at Wilona's birthday last weekend.
Boobs chips taste better, fact.

DrewBeckett, we at the Nerd Cave are all completely gay for you.

I've also been in the kitchen making tasty food for Secretary, the latest creations being Mexican beans (from scratch, not out of a tin) with orgasmic guacamole dinner on Sunday night, and the breakfast sandwich on Sunday morning. This heavenly breakfast consisted of hash browns, tempeh rashers, avocado, tomato relish and vegan garlic mayo on ciabatta. This is quite possibly the most delicious breakfast ever created, and I would have taken a photo but we devoured them in a completely unlady-like fashion seconds after making them.
The most exciting thing that's happened lately is the arrival of my little brother Luke from New Zealand, he's moved over here with his girlfriend and I can't tell you how important it is to have a family member on this side of the world. Luke & Louise are in Turkey right now, on the Mediterranean coast and far away from Istanbul where the suicide bomb was detonated in Taksim Square.
Exciting things to look forward to:
The Leeds meet
mat8drb's birthday dancing fun times
Promnomnom!
Feeding Secretary more vegan treats. We have a perfect feeder/feedee relationship
Hmmm, that took far longer than I thought. I'm off to bed, sweet dreams guys!
