I feel so much happier again today. After doing some maths I have discovered that the boy and I will have paid off all our debts in the next two months and that has left me feeling so much lighter! I feel as though I can actually start looking forward to life again now without wondering what money I bring in can go on paying which bill.
I start my new job on May 8th and I am so excited, I have already spent my first pay cheque! Don't worry I have spent it sensibly - rent before shoes
Tonight I am going to a super awesome networking party, I'm hoping it will continue my stream of good luck. Either way I get to wear a pretty dress and let my hair down for a few hours

Well firstly, thank you to everyone who sent me some good vibes last week. They have certainly paid off and as of May 8th I will be back on the pay roll!! Yippee! I am so happy I can't even tell you, being unemployed for the last 4 months has completely sucked and been the worst experience ever. The debts have been mounting and it's good to finally know I will be able to pay them off soon
I must be due some bad karma with all the good I've been having lately. I'd like to think all the positives in the last few weeks are the result of all the shitty luck I've had over the last 6 months but I can't be too careful! So you wanna know what else is going on? Of course you do
Sooo.... not only did I get a new job, I've also been offered another interview! It's this wednesday so am in the process of preparing for it, there's a lot involved for this one so gotta be really on it.
Not only that but I emailed a few modelling agencies last week about using my new studio for shoots, one of them got back to me right away and told me that this was perfect and just what they'd been looking for, that in itself was enough but the next day the manager of the agency emailed inviting me to an industry party this coming Wednesday night!! Things like this don't happen to people like me so of course I jumped at the chance. So my make-up artist friend and I will be glamming it up and mingling with the pros, fingers crossed for some more exciting opportunities coming up!!

It's Mid-day on Monday - and I have already dealt with all the nasties that kept me awake over the weekend - and to top it all off, it's only frickin' sunny outside as well!
Now I can relax and just look forward to enjoying the rest of my week. It's going to be a good one as the boy is taking a few days off so it won't just be me, the couch and Jeremy Kyle all week.
My week looks a little bit like this:
Monday - Chill, relax and breathe having dealt with all the threatening letters and phone calls we've been getting lately. Maybe it's time I started writing threatening letters to my former employer for laying us all off without pay. Knob head.
Tuesday - In fact most days this week involve a lot of this....
This is my boyfriend's band Thirteen Shots, they have three shows this week. For some reason they have really taken off recently which is great! They even have a show supporting Rezurex this weekend!
Wednesday - Job interview, I seriously need all the good vibes I can get on this one. We NEED to get out of debt now, it's getting beyond a joke. Followed by a wedding meeting in the evening. I love meeting my brides before their big day, this one sounds like it could be fun as she wants to go down to the local park after her ceremony for her photos - this park is beautiful so going to get some really great shots.
Thursday - Much the same as tuesday!
Friday - Chill
Saturday - Work
Sunday - Start new job.
Would love to squeeze a shoot in there somewhere too but we will have to wait and see. I hope all you SG lovelies have a fabulous week!
