well sometimes it is fast in the begining then slows down but when and if that happens don't get upset...it is just your body freaking out a little and wanting to hold on to that fat...nom nom nom.

well you could try reenacting the scene from sound of music...however i don't think i will be doing that for the following reasons:

1. it would involve RUNNING up and down hills. (I'll walk...not run)

2. It involves singing (people here own guns they migh shoot me to put me out of my misery.)

3. Even if I did sing and run...the hills are covered in blackberry bushes...things grow everywhere. I'll take pictures of those soon.

But if those three things weren't in the way...yes it would be totally awesome
