We are at the middle of the week. Another hard day at work today. With this rhythm, I'm not going to last long ! 
Yesterday evening, I went to the gym : " bodyjam " lesson, I moved my ass like a nutcase, it was amazing !! This lesson allows us to express ourselves and to move our body, to let go with the stress and our speed life ... It was great !!! I have some aches this morning !
This weekend, I had to isolate myself a while in a monastery (it's not a joke) ... I felt this need because I curled the burn out not long ago ... I've got no god, no religion ... But I think it's a good way to lay my head and to reflect on my life. Just for 3 days ...
BUT ... I think it won't be possible because I've got too much work ...
So, I will do my little spiritual retreat another weekend !!
