My mom has breast cancer. I'll write more as I find out, but we're trying to stay positive.
Today an ex boyfriend/ ex friend got a hold of me via the interwebs... It's odd, we haven't really spoken since the break-up about 3 years ago, and now out of the blue it's "Hey how's it going?".
Makes me wonder if he's actually forgiven me. I only say that because when we broke up he played it off like he wasn't heartbroken, and I guess he really was. He told me that he didn't love me, and I loved him. So to put me out of my own misery I broke up with him. Soon after we did the "box exchange" and he told me that we couldn't be friends. If I wasn't heartbroken before... I was beyond crushed. I proceeded to put him in a little box and forget about him completely.
Until today. I didn't realize how much I missed him... (the ex friend part that is.)

What's your favorite concert moment?
I've been thinking about this a lot lately. I've been to some great shows over the years, but some moments just stick with you. For example, I went to an Offspring show and about half way through their set the spotlight hits Dexter and a grand piano. He played "Gone Away",and it was just him, no back up from any other instrument. It was so powerful that grown men were tearing up. I swear there wasn't a dry eye in the house at that moment. Everyone was singing, lighters up in the air, and for 3 minutes we (the crowd) were one. I'll never forget it.
That's one of five for me... so far at least, and I've been to many shows. So now, I throw the question above to the SG wind. Let me know.

Hello world! How are you?
I went on my first beach trip of the summer! It was amazing.
I can't wait to go back.
It was also my baby brothers 21st last week. Now he can drink like a normal person and I don't have to sneak him beer.
His first 12 shots of the day and he took them like a champ. I was so proud! hehe
Anyway, I'm off to go fight off dust bunnies and then get ready for work.
