Finally this semester is finished! Not that I was really looking forward to it since I really like school but it's really nice to get some time off! Now it's time to find a job until september!

Nothing has happened really other then that... Except I met Apory the other day. She is staying in Iceland for a while. We met for a coffee and I gave her a pole lesson and we are planning to meet again and shoot some pictures

I am too lazy to upload all my phone pics but I just realized I have some pictures of me that I haven't posted here yet that I modeled for my guy since january.















This is my very favorite of them all. He was supposed to copy someones style and I told him to do Richard Avedon, in the american west style pictures. It is not quite the same point but I really like it.

Time for a new epic(?) blog! I don't really have much news since I have been doing almost nothing but school and pole. It's not bad though since I really do like school and pole. I also just learned for the first time in my life the last 2 months what it is like to be busy at school as I have pretty much been living there. The semester is over in 2 weeks and I am both looking forward to it but also kind of not looking forward to it as I don't know what I will do in the summer since I haven't found a summer job yet.

We had another pole photoshoot for the studio and I love the pictures so much!




I finally decided to make my first real pole video since last summer. Ofcourse I did it after 3 hours of sleep, a long school day and teaching advanced pole classes pretty much shaking with exhaustion. But I am very happy seeing some improvement. I even put a blooper in the end of the video

Yesterday there was Oskudagur in Iceland. It is an Icelandic holiday (Ash Wednesday) when children dress up in costumes and sing songs for candy.
...So I shot this for the studio



Yesterday I also went to the dentist and he told me I have some damage teeth sponsored by Coca Cola...
It is true though. I can never drink enough coca cola ever I love it too much. It is way more difficult for me to stop drinking soda then it was to quit smoking. So because of that I have 3 more expensive and dreadful dentist apponintments coming up the next few months.




I have been listening to Grimes to much lately.

I can't believe it's been so long! I shouldn't even be blogging right now because of my crazy homework. I am now a student in photography and it's so much fun. I've been keeping myself very busy recently at school, pole and life and it's great!

It was my birthday recently and I made the prettiest cupcakes I have ever made. I never bake and when I do it doesnt look very nice. I guess I have come to a good age to bake or something

Good evening peeps!

I had been meaning to post some of these pics for a while. Shot by Dwam when me and the boy visited Paris this summer. I really want to go back someday!







I recently discovered this awesome music website we are hunted and found so much new music. I am so happy because I had become so sick of my old music and hadn't been to good at discovering anything new the last months. I was even started to feel embarrassed when teaching my pole classes always with the same old playlists so this was refreshing.

As I did not mention before when I was working on opening the pole studio I got fired from my waitressing job for needing to get 2 few hour shifts off to get the studio ready for opening which I tried my best to get someone to take for me but nobody wanted to. While it was kind of a relieve since I hated that job I got to busy at school and the studio that I didn't have time for another job and the studio is not paying me anything yet I am now completely broke for the first time in my life ever. It feels weird and scary and I admit that I kind of denied that it was happening even if I knew it was going to happen soon. I'll see what happens with my bills and hopefully I'll find a job soon enough.

In other news I will become an aunt in April! I am the oldest of four sisters and the oldest one who is 3 years younger then me is pregnant. It's so weird but I feel excited and proud about it even if I have never been too crazy about kids.

I really should be studying for a test now but instead I think I might watch a movie or breaking bad. I have been totally hooked on breaking bad for the last 2 months and just started on season 4 and can't stop watching!

Time sure flies by! This semester at school is almost over and it seems like it just began! In less then two weeks I will need to have apply for next semester and I will be bummed if I don't get in. I am so sick of working boring jobs and I just want to be a student for awhile and then have a chance for a fun job in the future.

I have been taking some pictures and I am enjoying it. My second time photoshoot with people was environmental portraits and I really liked it. Shooting people is so much more fun then dead things although they can be nice to.
I shot a musician friend of mine and my tattoo artist.






I am still excited about the new studio and stressed also all the time. I love this place and wish I could spend more time working on it and training. The place always looks better and better and meeting my students always brightens my days even if I am feeling grumpy and tired it all goes away when I get there.

Super quickie blog!

I know I have not been here much lately and it sucks! But I have been having the most busiest time ever lately but in a good way fortunately!

Tonight will be awesome! Me and my friend are going to perform at the Icelandic Circus adult show called Skinnsemi. Skinnsemi is a pretty cool name of the show and a play of the words skynsemi which means rational and skinn which means skin.

I'm currently busy at school, and something else really big which I'll blog about next week! Here's a hint !

Time for a looooong overdue blog. What can I say. I've been uhhh lazy?
A few things have happened since the last time I blogged.

Yo what's up, I got golden nailpolish


I went to Paris with my boyfriend for 5 days and we spent most of our time walking around seeing stuff and places and met a few of the french suicide girls and members and had a good time.

Dwam and I shot a new set that will be in MR in not too long and I got a new profile picture finally! Yay!

The view over Paris from the plane on the way back home was AMAZING! But ofcourse the picture doesn't look half as amazing as it was in real life.


Unfortunately some pretty bad things have also happened. The pole studio where I teach and train got burned and now we don't have a studio anymore but we are trying to find a new place but it isn't going to great unfortunately.

On the bright side we can rent a room at this gym that has a few poles until the end of the month but I have only been able to go like 3 times which is not enough.


It was my grandfathers 70th birthday and suddenly we heard some loud horse noises as the horses who are next to the house got loose and were running all over the place but in the end they were cought again. It was a beautiful and fun evening.

I went to Roadhouse and had a donut burger. It was weird but pretty good and I don't even like hamburgers most of the time.

On Friday I went to my old school to talk to this woman about going back in January to finish what I started years ago and see if there was somethings that I could do until then to learn and prepare. Then to my surprise she asked me if I wouldn't like to start this semester and signed me up and school starts in less then 2 weeks! I am really happy to be starting again! This semester I will only go to very few classes such as icelandic, math, physics, photoshop and photography because I had so little left since I was in school 5 years ago. Then next semester if I do good I will have only photography and lots of it. I can't wait to start.
