Street Fighter 4 teaser went up today. This is, sadly, one of the most exciting things that's happened to me recently.
I've been giving some thought to using this blog, recently, for two reasons:
A) No one sees it, and
B) A lot of the communities require a regularly updated blog to demonstrate you're "not just one of those pervs who likes to spank it looking at pictures of mod girls."
I am, for the record, one of those pervs. In an amusing bit of reverse elitism, I generally hold the people who insist "it's more than a porn site" in similar disdain. Yes, the site has social networking features. If that's what I was after, I'd sign up for a vampirefreaks account. They're free, I hear. And there is the ever-ubiquitous myspace.
And so, a statement of purpose.
I am not an especially nice person.I am arrogant, elitist, and a variety of other unpleasant adjectives. I drink too much, and my tongue is sharper than most people's cutlery. I frequently disagree with a lot of the most prolific posters on the site, but don't typically speak up, as I'm not interested in incurring the wrath of their respective cults of personality.
The Nana thing was a good example. I have never been so thoroughly disgusted with a bunch of supposedly progressive thinkers in my adult life. Not since last election cycle, anyway.
Anyway, what I'm getting at is, I'm a jerk, and I'm not really expecting to make any friends while I'm here. But, if your common sense is broken enough that that interests you, toss me a friend request. Maybe we'll have some fun.
In the mean time, back to the porn.
