Because we don't know when we will die, we get to think of life as an inexhaustible well. Yet everything happens only a certain number of times, and a very small number really. How many more times will you remember a certain afternoon of your childhood, an afternoon that is so deeply a part of your being that you can't even conceive of your life without it? Perhaps four, five times more, perhaps not even that. How many more times will you watch the full moon rise? Perhaps 20. And yet it all seems limitless.

So I haven't written in a while... with my faves like Tenaciouss... and Samanfa not posting as regularly I haven't been as eager to check things out : ) I don't really lurk in the forums or anything either... I just enjoy reading people's blogs and updates.

Anyway. Just wanted to say a little bit about the Bin Laden hullabaloo that's been going on the past few days. Honestly... it makes me kind of sad for the human race. When I flip on the TV and there are people screaming and chanting in the streets celebrating death.

I get it... Bin Laden was a bad guy. But all this Rah! RAh! USA! USA! stuff makes me a bit ill. I wouldn't consider spending ten years... and thousands of lives... to kill one man a success. But that's just me.

I love this country... don't get me wrong. I'm glad I was born here, and I don't think I'd want to live anywhere else on the planet. Unless it was Canada to live happily ever after with Miss Tenaciouss. But we really need to practice some restraint in this country... I think it's examples like this which are why the rest of the world hates us.

Anyone else as geeked as I was about the return of The Great One? Don't judge me... I've been a fan since I was a kid.

I marked out and squealed like a little girl when his music hit! Luckily I was around during pretty much the prime of the WWF... so it's a bit of nostalgia seeing these older guys coming back every once in a while that still have the magic they did before. They don't make em like the Rock anymore. Plus it'll be nice for the younger kids to see what he was good at before he was The Tooth Fairy...

So excited! If he announces a match with Cena... I'd be tempted to drive to Georgia and go to Wrestlemania in person.
