Did you ever have one of those days where you wished that you had a sub machine gun mounted in the grill of your car!?! Fucking soccer moms!

You have to love friends and co workers who like to give people things. One of my co workers decided that he needed to give me 60 pounds of pears today. Since I don't bake there is only one thing that I can think to do with them, make wine! Hey, we all have our talents!

I have never been so glad to see Friday, this has been the week from hell! I was supposed to drive up to Nashville this weekend, but it looks like I am going to have to back out of those plans. The good thing is that I have 10 gallons of wine that I have been brewing that I can get bottled this weekend! Yum!

There are times in life when you are happy, times when you are sad, and other times where you just don't give a shit either way. This seems to be one of those days for me. I am sitting at home because I can't go to work with "pink eye" ( picked it up wroking in someones house) bored out of my mind. The funny thing is that if I was working I would probably be thinking of how nice it would be to be at home doing all of those things I have been putting off because I don't have time. Well, I did them all yesterday, so here I am. I know that I should not be around people right now, but I sooo want to get out of this house! Oh well, perhaps I will wake up tomorrow and this crap will have cleared up! Hope is a good thing !

There are some days when everything just goes the way it was supposed to and all is right with the world. Unfortunately, this was not one of those days. Oh well, there is always tomorrow!

Sometimes I love my job, these weeks where I am on call however make me want to run away screaming. It's a pain in the ass to have to be stuck in Baton Rouge all week, especially when there are things going on out of town that I want to go to. But, it pays the bills so I guess I shouldn't bitch too much. Still....I want a beer and I want to go to the beach!!

I have just realized how much I hate spiders. I was honored by a brown recluse Friday before I left for Dallas by a bite on the leg, it was weird seeing my leg swell up to twice it's normal size. It's starting to look better now, after my doc pumping me full of antibiotics. Unfortunately parties are out of the question right now, damn I could do with a nice glass of wine right now....six days and counting!

This is turning into a dreary day, it would be nice if it stopped raining for a little while.....

Finally I get a break from work! I'm packing to head to Pensacloa for the 4th, can't wait to get out of here in the morning and get to the beach! I hope that everyone has a great holiday! See you back Wed!
