I need to work on my damn face, it's always the same 'butter wouldn't melt' expression. Believe me, this is not the case.
It's the gig tomorrow and I'm terrified. I'm terrified I'll forget the words, that I'll make a fool of myself and the guys. I wish we gigged more often, then I probably wouldn't feel this way. I typed out all the words when I was working yesterday and I forgot the opening line to one of the songs we're debuting tomorrow. I remembered them today... In gig land that kind of memory lapse is unacceptable. We have also sold all of our tickets. I've sold 25 to people I know which will be the biggest crowd of friends I've ever played to, so again, immense pressure... I love performing but the 9 month gig gap has made me feel so anxious, my cocky rock attitude has been replaced by some strange feeling that I can't quite find the words for. I've never been here before.

Your gig will be fine. Once the first number is out of the way your nerves will fade and you'll enjoy yourself. All will be fine and you'll blow them all away. I am expecting lots and lots of pics of you in action, so make sure someone is taking them!
