Happy New Year

Never thought I'd be so lucky. Trent has just announced two more Ohio dates for this tour!! Cincinnati and Toledo, both in the same week in February. I still can't decide if i should just go to one or both. Three times on one tour might be a bit much, but then again how often do Nails come around? I knew this spiral membership would pay off down the road.

Wow. The NIN Cleveland show last night had about as much energy from Trent as I have ever seen from him. I saw him 10 years ago this month in Columbus and he is just as good now as then. They had a pretty good set list spanning across their album catalog. I was happy to hear multiple songs from Broken including "Suck". I was also surprised to hear them play "Burn" and the remix version of "Sin." Overall a very good performance and the Queens of the Stone Age were great too. Good Times

I decided today to quit smoking. Which is a good thing after 10 years I think. This walking around campus all day is tough for smokers. I'll save some money from it and won't, you know...die

Well not much is new. I had a meeting with a study abroad advisor at OSU yesterday. I found out that if I continue taking the right classes (they have a credit and GPA requirement), I can go to study in Japan next year. Which is great news. Now I just have to start saving a lot of money to afford the trip

Wow. I just bought an iPod and its soo nice. Anyone looking for an mp3 player, thats the one to buy. And dont bother with the 40G, you wouldn't need that much. The 20G holds plenty. So finally the first week of school is over. Felt like a month. Not that it was bad, just a huge change from my normal routine. I'm actually really enjoying OSU campus. Gotta get used to all the walking though. For those of you out of state, OSU is the biggest campus in the country. Or at least in the top 5, I can't remember which One cool thing, Seth MacFarlane is coming to the campus Sunday to talk to students which is very cool (he is the writer,producer,and creator of Family Guy in case you're not from this planet). He also does about 8 of the voices in the show including Peter, Brian, Stewie, and Quagmire which I hope he will demonstrate in abundance on Sunday
