Nice Monday - I thought those were a myth???
First at the City hall to be honoured for my results in 2012 (not me alone, about 200 other athletes) and got an invitation to be a referee at German Open in Ingolstadt (and yes, I'm going).
So all in all, a good day

Back to work (In Denmark after spending most of December in Holland and Belgium for training).
Love my new job, it seems so cool and such a challange.
Ohh and I just picked up my new suit and shoes!!! Loooooove it (Shirt and tie are old)..

Finally starting to wake up after a hard weekend, I was competing in the National Poomsae Championship sunday in Taekwondo.
Went home with a silver in individual and a bronze in Showbreak (damn last board wouldn't break..)
And my hero Sebastian Vettel became 3rd time F1 World Champion, so all in all a great weekend but also with WAY to little sleep.
Now I just have to get ready for my new job (start December 3rd) - 3 first weeks I'll be spending in Rotterdam for training. Good thing I love to travle

Got home a little late yesterday after my first time out as an International Taekwondo Referee. Was great trying to be a referee outside Denmark. Good experiance. But my entier weekend was spent in Sweden "working" so now I need a weekend!!!

Saturday April 14th, I went to a Taekwondo Poomsae Talent Tournament.. Wouldn't you believe it! I won my group! GOOOOOLD BABY!!
Sunday April 15th, I went to Berlin with my girl, had a blast, love Berlin, it's an awesome city. Came back wed.
Saturday Aparil 21st, I went to Malmö Open Taekwondo Poomsae Championship, I ended up makeing a few big mistakes.. Yeah boo@me! So had to settle for 3rd, but hey! It's a medal after all!!!
Now I'm trying to find a few hundred € so I can travle and compete in Austrian Open in June (Being held in Vienna).

TGIF! Finally weekend! Love it, need to relax after a stupid week at work. Annoying bosses, stupid co-workers etc. Peace and quite!

So I'm working hard on creating a Music Poomsae for my next tournament. But F____ it's hard.. Not the techniques, but the freaking music!
I need some music in style with this:
Currently the plan is to use the beginning of this to walk on to the stage:
Then a sound bite from the movie "300" (This is SPARTA!)
And to finish off, I'll use a bite from Boondock Saints II - The little mexican that says: "Ding dong Motherfucker, ding dong!"
But I need some music in between... HELP, anyone have any ideas???

National Championship over and done.
Got 3'rd place, and is happy about it, it a hard group, the guy who won, is ranked 1'st in Europe and the 2'nd place went to my former instructor..
All in all a good day, didn't feel my injury at all. Coming back next year, with lots of tournaments and hopefully lots of medals...
