Ok let's get rid of that super emotastic post and get onto some adventures! Moscow was amazing, infact the day after I got pick pocketed I managed to have the best day of the entire trip. I got to wander around alone for a few hours and I fucking loved it, I saw red square and got inside the kremlin! We wandered around some of the clubs, and went to an Architectural school designed by Koolhaas. My trip was amazing worth all the trouble with money I'm having now.
I'm still studying shopping centres, it's actually reallly fascinating to see all the hope and inspiration put into these now abandoned shopping centres. I'm loving Architecture school more then ever now, I'm even getting some hand drawings in! Though it is causing me to get very little sleep.
Christmas is a bit ruined by the fact it still haven't gotten my replacement cards from me getting pick pocketed and therefore have no access to my money...which to be honest I don't have any of in the first place. So we're not really doing presents this year. but I'm happy enough with architecture school and all the adventures I've been having with close friends, this includes many of you guys. <3

Worst day ever. I know that somehow the day could get worse right now but untill I take my boots off and get some sleep, getting pick pocketed and losing my wallet on the Moscow metro is the worst it can possibly get.

I wish I could explain to you just how excited I am by this project. Now I should probably consider getting back to actual uni work.
In order to keep in touch with my tutor from last year who is in a very famous and up and coming architecture practice and is an amazing networker ive decided im going to send him various postcards throughout the year of photos i've taken and projects I've done. The general idea is to help him remember how amazing I am and want to hire me at the end of the year.

The first shopping mall we're studying is the new Westfield Stratford City, which leads the direct path into the Olympic Park. School starts officially on Friday apparently, though this week is full of Orientations and what not. I've tackled a bit of my to do list and also done quite a bit of things off of the to do list some of them which really should have been on there....
-Visited Kew Gardens for the first time
-Went to Bristol, was lovely seeing Kristoph, TheKnives, Pinklet, and Narsharda
-Got a new roommate Reuben_<3 our teddies cuddle when we're away.
-Spent a lot of time cuddling my teddy in bed.
-Did a lot of boring important things to prepare for uni starting when I have no time to do anything.
-Straightened my hair for a bit

-Got my home knitting classes off to a roaring start!
-Used up atleast one piece of my yarn stash! I made a hat for winter.
-Bought and Read 1 book on Suburbia for my dissertation
-Settled for an A4 Moleskine Sketchbook for my IDA report so far, It will all be scanned in anywho so this may change.
-Done a few sketches here and there in preparation of school.
-Dyed My Hair, went back to a light red color.
-Cooked a Whole Bunch
-Made the perfect Margarita.
All and all I'm happy with what I've done. Now it's time to clean my flat so that it can be spotless for when I go back!

School Starts back up in October, and though I don't feel like I've wasted my summer away I feel in the last couple of weeks that I'm starting to reach that point. So I've vowed to myself to do things I've wanted to do for ages but have been to caught up in Architecture school to do. Here is the list, the Kai's final days of summer list. I have 41 days till I technically start back up... though some of those days will be taken up with choosing classes etc... so here goes!

Had breakfast and many other great meals with Expo, Natabell, and Scentauri. and for the record rhubarb and olive bread are amazing together!
Made friends with a lovely little Owl named Alfred.
Kicked ass in scrabble.
Planted a bunch of seeds.
Bought some sunflowers!
Located a year old comic of mine in a local bar ladies room.
Spend a whole lot of time in chat.
Explored the science museum and found an amazing 7 toed cat!
Conned Fry into carrying my bag and seeing me off to the states for a month!
Had some of my absolute favourite bubblegum ice cream!
and Found an amazing circular house.
So that is my life according to my iphone. It keeps a pretty good track of what's going on. almost as good as my blog Kai's Day in Sketches. I'm in the states still for a while, it's lovely and super relaxing and i eat all kinds of american foods and do pretty much nothing with my days. it's a great break after portfolio hand in for sure! Though next year I have to actually stay for the show.
