I'm not sure I can do the 365 thing as I said with all the work in school and working 20 hours a week. I missed yesterday as I worked all day and did homework the hours I was home. I pondered baking but we still had cake left over and I dinner was being made for me. smile

But tonight I used a store bough curry sauce and tried making my own Naan. I woke up early and with only 3 hours of sleep got into the studio as early as possible, I got home and napped a bit and didn't have time to fully rise the Naan. So I tried a recipe that used part yeast and part baking soda. It came out good tasting but not quite Naan tasting, next time I'll do it on a day I have more time!

A lot of recipes used a pizza stone too, I really want one. They sound amazing, has anyone ever used one?

pizza stones are unequivocally the best way to bake perfect flatbreads in a home oven super wise investment, love.

We have a pizza stone and we like it. It allows for a crispier crust, and my guess is that it would work well for Naan.
