So. I can't decide, black hair or red hair? Or does it matter?
(I really need to grow up.)
So... how do you know you exist? I mean, not the "well, I breathe" kinda thing, but what marks do you make? what reverberations do you cause? good or bad, what is it about you, who you are and what you do, that shouts to the world that you are alive!?

Help Shelter Bunnies just by voting!
Hi Everyone.
Leith Petwerks, a pet supply company, is offering a new grant program - starting this year. The program starts off with a sort of twist, and rather than simply submitting the typical grant information, folks can VOTE for whatever organization they think deserves it.
VOTE HERE!
ONE VOTE PER IP ADDRESS.

Zooh Corner can really use the money this year. Added to our typically heavy financial load (that which we all have!) - we are running a "Build For The Bunnies 2008" project, which will be introduced on our site and via
newsletter, etc. in early June.
Build for the Bunnies goal is to entirely refurbish the rabbit quarters at the San Gabriel Valley Humane Society shelter. Currently, the rabbits are housed in an open-air enclosure that is on a sloped dirt floor, with lots
of potholes. The orphan bunnies are not safe from the elements, especially the killer heat of summer; the rain gets in there no matter what we do; the cages are a mix of large and too-small, fair and poor shape--and as currently set up it is cramped and difficult to let more than one bunny exercise at a time. The entire area is sad looking and very un-inviting to prospective adopters, plus it is not really safe to have people in with all those potholes, which prevents us from holding monthly public-invited events, which would really help promote adoptions!
The project plans call for a new floor consisting of pavers placed on a more even subfloor of gravel and sand, a new roof, new custom made bunny condos (already under construction), removable curtains to be used
as-needed to keep out wind and rain and support some form of climate control for the deadly hot summer heat.
So please, VOTE FOR US and have your friends VOTE FOR US! The shelter
bunnies need and deserve REAL, SAFE - shelter!
