It's now back to school time! The busy rushing about. School, work, and homework. Pretty much my life. That and bursts of Final Fantasy.

But despite all the boring monotony of life, and the lameness of college... my life is better than it ever was. I'm happy. For the first time in forever. It's a really crazy love story. I'll spare the details. But I'm with someone incredibly important to me. It took five years of us never being single at the same time. But now I'm with the girl who I fell for quickly and never recovered from. Five years of me knowing that she was perfect for me. And now that it's happened, I know that I was right all along. I'll stop gushing. Anyone reading this is probably about to throw up.

Anyway. That's my update. It's been too long. I've used this site too sparingly.

I need to return here more often. Between my boss's funeral, me breaking my hand (the right one, too X_x), my great grandma's funeral, and college work, it's been tough to keep SG in mind. All I can say for now is life's weird, but I plan to come back more often.

At what point does it make more sense to give up, rather than facing odds seemingly impossible? I think love's one of few things in life where giving up is sometimes totally necessary. Sigh.

Tonight was a long night of karaoke. I ended up singing "Helena" by My Chemical Romance, "Glycerine" by Bush, "Closer" by Nine Inch Nails, and a duet of "Sober" by Tool with Brock. In all. Awesome.

Though now i'm deathly tired. Goodnight.

I'm far too ambitious sometimes. I've gotta watch Dexter (I've only started), finish Metal Gear Solid 2, play some Pokemon (casual fun stuff there), finish reading George R.R. Martin's "A Dance With Dragons", continue working on songs for my band, the continuous stream of lyric sets I've been putting out, I'd like to get back to drawing a few things... and none of this even considering school/work. X_x.

Oh time, you great and most hated enemy. If only I could conquer you!

My sleeplessness is so out of hand. I'm talking 3 hours or less at least 3 nights of the week. I just can't justify going to bed at a normal time when there seems to be so many things to do. If I didn't cut out on sleep I'd never get all of my poems and lyric sets done, nor would I have time to play random games. Blah. If only sleep weren't necessary...

It's 12:40, and I've gotta be up at 11 to shower then practice a few original songs for Fuzzy Pandas before we go audition for a talent show gig. We've already got the spot. It's more formality than anything. So I guess it's goodnight.

Thought I'd write out a blog to introduce myself since I'm new here.

I'm Justin.

I'm in my freshman year of college, studying journalism. Being a journalism major I'm also really into literature, and write a ton of poetry. I hope to one day get out of Western Pennsylvania for somewhere a little more alive. California would be nice. My main goal is to actually get into a band and tour. I don't care if it's the most popular band in the world, I just want to be able to play for people every night. Performing gives such a rush of energy, and I'd like to make people happy with music. I find music to be one of the most healing things in life. Without it, life would be incredibly depressing. My idols in music (Davey Havok for example) have helped me a lot in getting over difficulties in life, and I'd love to do the same for other people. I currently sing in a two man acoustic project called Fuzzy Pandas.

Besides music I'm a huge gamer. I play a ton of games, including Resident Evil, Final Fantasy, Halo, Metal Gear Solid, and Pokemon. So yes, I'm a nerd.

Those are a few of the things I'm really into. Aside from that I love all of my friends and spending time with them.

What drew me to Suicide Girls was the immense positivity. Not only are all the girls on this website gorgeous, but they're all their own people. You can almost get a feel for who they are in their sets. I love the creativity; no two are ever alike. Destroying the media's idea of beauty definitely appeals to me. I hate the narrow mindedness of many people, and on this site it really doesn't exist. Tattoos, 'crazy'/colorful hair, and piercings are all beautiful. Some people are quick to judge, but here they are fully appreciated.

Did I mention I'm a total insomniac? Yeah, I have to be up for classes in 4 hours. Guess I should get to bed. Nice meeting you.
