and back to reality... meh. so the gig on friday was awesome, from kev and his digeridoos (4) through the ever brilliant serinette to marc fox and rob henderson's dj sets (cheers harry for the play of walk the line, went down well). it's the first gig i've done for a good while and i did nearly stress my self the week before. always seem to get loads f work the week of a gig, should arrange more gigs...
anyhoos after a few days of solid prep the old vjing skills came back and a good time was had by all. the afterparties went on till gone 6am which helped me in reliving my past younger glories, didn't think i still had it in me. once we'd managed 4 hours sleep it was full english then back in the pub. all good fun, even the fact that the journey home lasted nearly 5 hours instead of 2 didn't take anything away.

So, ep is delayed a week as work got in the way of life, however i did get round to finishing of my remix of leddie and smoggy's 'walk the line'. so here it is...

so, ep has taken a slight back burner while i finish of another remix but not one to shirk a challenge i decided after coming back from a medial ligament injury before christmas i should try the insanity programme. now i play football (soccer to you american folk) 3 times a week, so when i popped my knee in the autumn i had plenty of time to chunk up. i'm a slender framed lad so the pot belly thing looks daft as fuck. so i started yesterday with the fit test, i thought that was hard, then today the first proper circuit. bollocks that was difficult. here's 2 pics then yesterday's before and today's after. i may post pics every couple of weeks for comparison. if i remember.

So, this week was a good week. First up a trip to the ante natal clinic and a first scan, 11 week old piglet is doing well, mother and father very fucking happy (this is take two). With impending fatherhood I wanted to create my first ep as a tribute, a full blog post on this coming soon. For now have a look at the finished artwork and hopefully in 10 days time the full ep will be up. I shall apologise now if (and by if I mean when) I start spamming this. I'm quite excited...
