So so so so so excited to see STP in less than 2 months...
It will be my first real whole concert. Ever. Sad, I know.
My new MR set goes up tonight (tomorrow morning) at 2:29 am. Check it!
I will be asleep, since I am waking up early in the morning, having breakfast and going to the river. For the first time yet this summer. Travesty.

I do too, her school hates me...

I got a letter on a Friday afternoon after school let out once that starting Monday- they would be "required" to have a silent prayer at the beginning of the day every morning- OMG- I was at the school so fast screaming....it was a law they passed in IL...that just recently got taken away. I told them that if they cannot come up with something she would be coming in 10 mins late every day- they actually made her miss "play time" because of being tardy- then I was back again raising hell.... then they let her color in the back of the room when the other kids were "praying"....it's a public school and it was 1st grade!?

They don't want me back there anymore

Needless to say she goes in late 10 mins every day still because they are assholes and I am not fighting them anymore. When she KNOWS what she wants to do- and KNOWS what she is saying she can make her own choices. They will not make them for her.

I (sometimes) snort when I laugh.
I wear glasses every day, because I have horrible vision.
I really really want to get my nipples pierced but I'm terrified, and by the time I can get just buzzed enough, the shops are always closed.
I am a comic book geek (now...)
I love crossword puzzles and will buy the shitty local paper full of spelling and grammar errors just for that.
If I thought I could make myself do it, I would probably be a stripper.
I have no coordination and may be the clumsiest person in the county, if not the state.

I think you have become even sexier and more attractive, if that is even possible!

Why are there no pretty, uncoordinated, snorting comic book & crossword geeks with glasses in my state?! It's not fair . . .

What comic books are you currently geeking out about? I'm currently an inactive comic book geek, but I always liked The Sensational She-Hulk (because, you know, I'm a guy), and Lobo ('cause, you know, I'm kind of sick and twisted. )

Cool! The Maxx sounds really cool, and I'm a big fan of Image Comics - I was collecting when they first started, so I've got many of the original Spawn and Savage Dragon issues. I'll have to go looking for copies of The Maxx the next time I've got spending money.
