I've been on a wild adventurous roadtrip and I'd like to share some pictures with you...

I guess I will start with since I have been home from St. Croix...

I spent time with my family and got ready for the ranch

and i got to visit dessa


Then courtney and i left for our road trip





It was a long night and day drive



I was excited to start seeing mountains



We were so exhausted and sore after our drive that we stopped at Idaho Springs hotspring and soaked in the caves and hung out by the pool before we met up with our friends

We have a few friends to visit in the mountains of Nederland and they were very gracious hosts. They cooked us dinner and hooked us up with a cozy fire and comforting environment.

I enjoyed a cup of coffee while it was snowing, my first snow of the year!



Then we were off again on our next adventure.

We got camping gear together and set out to visit this ashram to attend the Fire Ceramony for the new moon.

It was a 5 hour beautiful drive and i enjoyed the mountains.



We continued south til it started looking like a desert.

We decided to camp out at Valley View hot springs the night before and continue soaking and relaxing.
This is where we turned to go into the hills.

We both were overwhelmed by the energies in this valley and it kept getting more and more intense as the weekend went on.







It was a clothing optional campground and there were naked people everywhere.

You guys would probably have loved it!!

I have never seen so many old balls before in my life. I enjoyed walking around naked though, by the 3rd day I was like running to the bathroom and not feeling the need to cover up before i went. I spent a whole morning in my nudey pants after soaking... You can probably see us getting progressively more burnt as the weekend continues.





It was a cold night so we heated up some boca burgers and then hit the hay early.

We were both really excited for the cerimony in the morning.

The people were very welcoming, warm, and friendly. There was one boy there in particular that I was like melting when we first made eye contact.

We were invited to be in the procession. We rang some bells.


Then we were invited to throw rice into the fire and yell swaha! It was all very different and new for me. I tried to be calm and loving and participate in the positive vibe and open my heart regardless of feeling a bit awkward.

I wish I had more photographs but I thought it to be rude to take pctures so i waited until the end.





It made me happy to see Courtney enjoying herself. We have both been feeling a bit heart sick and lost.



It was a beautiful distraction loving and adoring the divine mother and the god within ourselves.

oops im having uploading problems... maybe this blog will go in chapters...

I need to shoot a new set. I want to shoot with staff. I will be in colorado all summer and I am willing to travel to get to shoot with one of these awesome staff photographers so... sg help me out here. how do i make this happen? I have a feeling that i am one great set away from pink status.

moving day is coming up soon, I'm all packed up, ready for my next adventure. sad to say bye to the island and to my friends but I'm feeling optimistic.
