I've missed you all dearly, but I'm about to make a comeback. My medical problems have stabilized for the most part, I've lost more than 30 pounds since 'Candy Coated' (please leave some love!), I'm finally 21, and am planning travel for the very near future. LA, Seattle, Portland, Columbus....all coming soon :]
So what have I been up to? I graduated Cosmetology school (with honors even!) and passed my state board on the 16th. I'm specializing in color...which means I need models! Any ladies and/or gentlemen needing their hair colored should message me or email me at jaclyn.suicide@gmail.com :]

Although it was shot before I got my back piece and when I was a bit more curvy (August of 2011), I still had a ton of fun with it and love the way it came out. Lavonne mentioned that my hair reminded her of cotton candy, hence the name....this set brings out my sweet side 
I can't thank Lavonne enough for coming to my apartment and working with me, she's so incredibly talented <3

On Memorial Day, SoBelle and I shot two new sets! We met up with Amarena, and she helped watch out and perv in on the sets (as is always essential) :3
That being said, I finally joined Zivity! The second set we shot, "By the Stream," was just published and entered into the New Model Contest. Wanna go take a peek, maybe show it some love? I promise my eternal gratitude.... <3

So I’m so sorry that I’ve been distant, things have been far too complicated and I finally have things to talk about!
So. Part of the reason I’ve been MIA pretty much ever since I joined the site? Well, let me start from the beginning:
I’ve had chronic stomach problems and unexplainable pain since 2009. Now, it wasn’t too bad at the start, went to see a few doctors, got a few different diagnoses and treatment plans.
But nothing was working. And it started getting worse. And the doctors didn’t know why.
Within the past year these problems have reached the point where I can no longer attend school, work, or function normally. No traveling to events, no great parties, no adventures, I’ve been spending my time staying home and trying to keep myself sane.
In the meanwhile, I was advised by my specialists to go to Mayo Clinic. You know, THE Mayo Clinic? That big one that deals with people that are really sick with unknown diseases?
So I drive to the clinic this past Monday to meet with the team that will be working on my case. They run all sorts of tests and try different treatments.
I decided to pretend I was being abducted by aliens. I got to be probed, sedated, scanned, and poked in the tummy.
The poking was probably worst, they took these long needles and an ultrasound to see where they were going with it, and they had to keep me awake for it.
But there’s good news in all of this. They believe, in simplest terms, that my body and brain are exchanging incorrect messages, basically bringing excess attention to pain while also causing dysfunction of my digestive system and organs. If this happens to be the cause, I will be spending weeks at the clinic in a rehabilitation program, aimed to train my brain and body to work correctly. If it’s not, they test more variables and try different treatments.
So not the most fun prognosis, but it’s better than no answers, and theoretically they can fix me. And that’s the best feeling in the world. I go back for the next few weeks for more testing and possible treatment, but things are finally starting to look up.
In other news, I’ve been an SG for a whole year! Huzzah!
The timing from when I became an SG to now has been particularly problematic, and I’m hoping as soon as the smoke clears and I’m in a better place with my health I can shoot again. I want to dance and sing and run marathons and travel. I have severe wanderlust.
I’m also planning on moving. West. As far west as Cali or Washington. And this should be in the next few years, sooner the better. Illinois is not the state for me. Hell, the midwest doesn’t feel like the place for me. But the west? I’ve been there. And I love it. It’s the only place I’ve ever felt home.
Other news?
I chopped my hair off. It was too damaged to do anything else with it. I can’t wait to grow it out and do fun stuff with the colour.

I'm going to take some photography lessons and start working on a few projects I've had in mind. I'll be damned if I"m not self shooting by the end of this year.
And I’m probably going back to college to finish my degree after I finish cosmetology school in a few months.

Just a short note; I'm not dead/completely gone yet. I'm very sorry about the hiatus, I will explain myself as soon as possible.
