Well I really need thermals as It is getting very cold out.
So on my way in I stop outside in utter disgust at a big bright neon sign hanging in a window at the southern entrance.
The sign all lit up is of a native american male in full headdress underneath in bright neon orange letters it reads
"Savage Firearms"
With a sign saying as associate for any and all of your savage firearms needs.

Seriously What The Fuck
So now pissed off and offended I walk in and ask for the customer service station/desk.
Once there I say I want to lodge a verbal complaint.
I am told that the customer service area does not do that and I have to go to the section of the store where the complaint is based.
So I go to hunting goods. After waiting for 40 min to talk to the assistant manager there. I end up leaving with a phone number and being told the store manager will be in contact with me.
I am awoken the next morning from a phone call from the manager.
He asks about my complaint. When I tell him I was seriously offended, pissed off and out right upset at the lack of racial equality and understanding at the establishment.
He goes on to tell me that in 1919 some indian chief somewhere said it was ok for his family to use there likeness and the name Savage Firearms in any manner they see fitting.
again What The Fuck
First off it is far more sensitive times,
Second I want proof.
Third It was fucking 1919 we meaning native americans even though we where hear thousands of years before your ass got lost did not become citizens of this country until 1930.
That is like saying that a slave owner offered a young black male extra food portions if he could use his likeness ( and whatever racially demeaning term he finds fit ) in what ever manner he saw fitting. If you offer to stop killing my family, raping our women, and leave us to the land where our ancestors our fathers and mothers are buried then of course they will agree.
If though that was the case I wouldn't be ranting about it now because the name would have been changed as it is morally wrong and offensive.
How dare you tell me its ok to be ignorant and racist.
How dare you justify your outright racism on the backs of Natives across the country who where tortured, ripped off and killed for there land and because it was fucking fashionable.
I was not asking the manager to stop doing business with this company, that in and of its own is a separate issue we ( meaning the native community will take further action with ) Just remove the fucking sign, don't justify it to me.

How long do we as minorities allow people to stand firm behind there vale of ignorance?
It is 2007 in less then 30 days.
We live in a world where everyone has heard of the oppressions that have gone on against some races.
How long do we say "Oh well they didn't know any better so there racism is ok"

In places like in the arctic,
where indigenous people sometimes hunt a wolf,
they'll take a double edged blade,
and they'll put blood on the blade,
they'll melt the ice and stick the handle in the ice,
so that only the blade is protruding,
and that a wolf will smell the blood and wants to eat,
Will come and lick the blade trying to eat,
So what happens is when the wolf licks the blade,
of course, he cuts his tongue, and he bleeds,
and he thinks he's really having a good thing,
and he drinks and he licks and he licks,
and of course he is drinking his own blood and he kills himself,
that's what the Imperialists did with us with there alcohol and drugs,
you have these young warrior's out there who think they are getting something
good something they can make a living with,
Something they can buy a car,
like the white people have cars, why can't I have a car?
Something to get a house,
white people have a house, why can't i have a house?
and they actually think these things are bringing resources to them,
but they're killing themselves just like the wolf was licking the blade,
and they're slowly dying without knowing it.
that's whats happening to our community.

and instead of blaming the hunter who put the damn handle and blade in the ice
for the wolf,
What happens is the wolf gets the blame, gets the blame for trying to live,

you don't blame the person, the victim,
you blame the oppressor, Imperialism, ignorance and racism is the enemy,
was the enemy when it first came here and slaughtered our people,
and snatched up the first piece of land against our will,
