I will make a concerted effort to get back into SG cos I was just reminiscing about how happy it used to make me...not that I am sad now, but one can neve be too happy right? Except for those weirdos that walk around smiling randomly all the time!

I travel for two months, see some of the coolest places, have some of the best experiences of my life but by the end of it I just want to go back to my sleepy little town and sleep in my own bed.
So i'm home...I have been for a week now. Fuck it I am so bored, I desperately want to be back overseas!
It doesn't help that she STOLE my heart. Either give t back or come visit..Canada is a fucking ong way away!

So for the last 8...yep, 8 weeks, I have been living on a coral Island in an atoll of coral Islands approximately 32 nautical miles due west of Geraldton in Western Australia. It's called the Abrolhos Islands...If you google it you will find it has a rich history in shipwrecks and now commercial fishing. Every day we go to work and catch lobster...this is only my third day off since the 15th March. Makin good money though. I'm still not sure if the Isolation, showering from a bucket, lack of internet and having power from a diesel plant for a couple hours a day is worth it though. We are heading back out to pleasure Island tomorrow for another stint...it should only be four weeks this time. So, I guess it's au revoir until then. Peace Yo

It's so complicated though. She has a small child which doesn't bother me any, the Kid and I get along famously. We are both temporarily living at our respective parents places which doesn't make anything easier.
In about a month I have to go away for about 3 months for work which won't be ideal at the start of a possible relationship...thats if she wants one anyway.
She is employed here until April, before we hooked up she said she hated it here and wanted to move, since then she has hinted that she might like to hang around...does that mean I'm in?
does this whole thing mean that I just read far too much into things when my heart gets flutterbies?
If love is a labour I'll slave 'til the end

Made the mistake of writing myself off on the thurs night previous
At 9am on Aus Day, I cracked my first beer and headed for the pub.
The pub put approximately eleventy metric fuck-tonnes of beach sand in it's carpark, fenced it and put on a 'beach' cricket competition.
We entered, we won our first game and then we lost our second to the eventual champions...bastards
I caught up with an old friend of mine. I have known her for about 8 years, I used to have the hugest crush ever on her. I don't anymore, because we hooked up.
It's still early but things are looking promising!!
I am so fucking pumped! I have never ever known a chick as cool, or as hot as her.
Yay for good things, boo for piss poor timing, but here's to it all hopefully falling into place!!
