ABSOLUTE ROCK BOTTOM......

edit 6/27: im going back home the weekend of july 18th. i cant wait to see jen (the girl that got away )and her son(ok i admit, its going to be like that scene in ghostbusters 2 when bill murray spends time with oscar). havent seen them since the afternoon after the little guy came into the world. im trying to get him a surprise on ebay that follows what jen is branding all his baby stuff.

been out of it for a while. life has sucked since the superbowl. any of y'all want specifics, just ask.....basically the only good thing has been that my best friend finally had a little one after the docs said it probably wouldnt happen. i need to go see her. i miss the hell out of her, and she always seems to put things in perspective for me. with all the frustrations and various regrets ive had while knowing her.....i dont want to ever think where id be without ever knowing her.

Just got back from Ryker's. it was an alright party. Got a chance to meet some really nice people and fellow members( shakti and her significant other, and lusteye to name a few ), plus some people from around town. It was real nice to get a chance to socialize with both Ryker and Eirian for more then a "hey hows it going....bye". They are both beautiful on the outside , and great people on the inside. (even better )

On a more serious note; Eirian has been going through a tough time lately....go leave her some love.

10-11-07 INSERT: ITS OFFICAL; ITS NOT A FLUKE THAT NBC/USA IS RECYCLING THE THEME SONG FOR LAW AND ORDER TRIAL BY JURY TO BE THE NEW THEME FOR LAW AND ORDER CRIMINAL INTENT. NOW I LIKE THE THEME, BUT IF THEY WANTED TO USE IT AT THIS DATE AND TIME, THEY SHOULDNT HAVE CANCELED A DECIENT SHOW TO DO IT.

Today i met fellow Germantowners, the vixen SG Ryker, and her best bud, the ought-to-be-a-SG, pokemon/starwars/transformers/anime geek, not to mention beautiful and sweet as they come Eirian It was awsome. Too bad it had to be at my work and thus was just a brief get together heres to great new friendships.

HOPEFULLY tomorrow i will be lounging around watching TRANSFORMERS on prestreet rental. seems like it was JUST opening a few weeks ago.....time flies when you have no life.

Now back to my latest rant:

1. Already ready to catch the metro into dc, i find out that i was incorrect in transformers being down on the national mall now i gotta go down to the air port in northern va where i saw superman in IMAX. doable, just not as easy since i live a rock toss from a metro station.

1 A. in related news, target appears to have an exclusive figure of Jazz, apparently in a new body that has the backstory of being him after being rebuilt from his flesh wound that resulted from just being a tad bit ripped in half. This new, apparently very colorfull form may give Darius McCrary his wish in reprising the role from the first movie.

2. Been feeling real down. Probably homesick. was supposed to go up a month ago, but didnt get the time off. really miss the little guy. hes turning 3 next week. really REALLY miss the one i let slip away. hope shes alright. we keep playing phone tag

3. figuring out what to do for halloween. Either do what i have been: Eric Draven, The video game character Joe, who i have a natural resemblence to, or a couple other ideas.

really embarassing.....i just found out today that i have been misspelling an ethical slur for YEARS. Just found out that there is an A in the term for us italians......DAGO. ive been using an E for the longest time. ive used it as a name for a sterotypical italian gangster's name on one of my fighting games since i started getting into the series, and now it looks sooo wierd to see his name different. ( And yes, his partner in the game, who is also a stereotypical italian is named wop. i guess you do learn something new everyday.

NOTE TO SELF: WHEN YOU LOSE YOUR CARDS AND GET THEM REPLACED.....CHANGE THE AUTOPAYS BEFORE THE SHIT HITS THE FAN!!!!!!!!!

If no one noticed yesterday, i went inactive because i never changed my info when i got my card replaced......anyway i just spend sometime on amazon replaceing some of my things that have gone missing or not returned to me....

1) "Why my wife thinks im an idiot" by Mike Greenberg-im a big sports fan, and this guy is probably more of a nerd then i am

2)Lost and delerious- my favorite film. thats right, film not movie. its a canadian indie based on a book from about 15 years ago. Piper Perabo (coyote ugly) stars as a girl from the wrong side of the tracks who goes nuts and gets obcessed with shakspeare when her female friend dumps her for a guy. great score. also has a prepubesent mischa barton as the roomate caught in the middle who has her own problems

3) new rules by bill maher- a collection of the best from the end segment of his show.

Time for more rants:

1. Sister WAS able to get me one of the good posters for Transformers from her job. Its the one that consists of the heads of Prime, Bumblebee, and Megatron.

1-B Apparently Transformers may be going IMAX next month. If this can be confirmed....3 words.....road trip anyone???

2. dl'ing adventure of lolo off the wii really making me take a trip down memory lane. Its was and still is a great puzzle game.

3. REALLY need a break. boss at work trying to give me a weekend so i can go back home for a few days.

4. 30 rock is coming to dvd in about a week. GREAT SHOW. Havent been disappointed by tina fey yet.

5. Only about 2 and 1/2 weeks until heavenly sword comes out. Cant wait. Even if its only god of war with a red headed female....is that really all that bad?

6. The SG rut continues. They keep on accepting sets that are mediocre at best, and reject those that actually have style and talent. sometimes it just doesnt pay to put on the glasses in the morning.

Been a while so heres a little update of news and/or rants:
1. Transformers was absolutely worth the wait. No doubt that ill be seeing it a few more times.
2. Fellow Germantowner, Eirian, has a new set up on her page. It should be a crime that she hasnt been accepted. Please go comment on this amazing showing and help her out.
3. School just started back up, so that will take a lot of time out my schedule and money out of my account.
4. Feeling alittle homesick. hopefully i can make it back to c-land soon.
5. if any one is wondering, my three pics are: 1. Jazz ( one of my faves since we share the same nickname) 2. an old picture of me and my friends nephew( he's almost 3 now, i love to spoil him since his father is a total asshole. i mean i live an hour and a half away, he's in the same zip as his son, and i see him more often!) and 3. A picture of Orion Pax. ( optimus prime, pre-matrix of leadership ) picked it to show that the movie isnt wrong in giving Prime a mouth!!

Feeling much better. Im still coughing a little, but oh well. Blew my b day money on a nice seat at the Orioles/Nationals game last night. Being so close to the action among a sea of Nats fans while wearing the colors of the visiting team is priceless. Even had to show up ushers that kept asking me for my ticket thinking i didnt belong. Screw em. Heres hoping that my possible trip to AZ plays out.
