I'm supposed to be starting my vacation today.
I booked my flight to and from Thailand over a month ago, only to have Continental change the first leg to a flight that has already been cancelled a couple hours ago. Now I'm waiting on hold with customer service (over an hour now) to see what the problem is.
It's not looking to good at this point, and it's crazy. It's not even snowing in DC. There are three airports close in, and the flight leaves at 6 a.m. tomorrow morning.
I am not a happy camper right now.
