So this was my longest weekend in about three months. Ever since I started school I've been busy busy busy. Weekend was great. Saw Iron Man 3 with Jenna and her mom. Movie was really good, every1 should go and watch it. Experience was good, went the the "Premire" Cinemark. Tickets are more expensive but everything is nicer. Starting with the seats, they are love seats, one free popcorn and they bring the food you ordered to you. Wife stayed witht the moms for a week since she has no school and her oldest brother is coming down to visit her.
I have the house to myself, but running out of things to do quickly. Morning was pretty usefull. Washed the car, walked the dog, breakfast, cleaned and then it was only 9 a.m. With the rest of the day ahead of me got in contact with some old friends and my cousin and went to and indoor GoKarting facility. I was ADDICTED. Started out rough but by the end of the day I was the fastest, just barely. Can't wait till I can go back again. I had not taken pictures in awhie. Don't know why I posted with my fingers pointed to my groin.

Sup SG! New Year and lots of things have change since my last post a year and a half ago.
I finished my four year contract with the army. Easy job just was not happy at all, don't really miss it at all either. Left Texas and moved back home to Florida. Crazyness with the move, staying with the wife's cousin. Not bad at all only thing that sucks is that after work he comes home gets on his xbox and stays up till 3-4am. Pretty loud while he plays his black ops2. Enough about that.
I finally started school this Jan. I'm going to a technical school, University Technical Institude. Army paying for it all, thank god. Just one year came out to 32k and that was with a 10% discount. Its just for one year and one elective. In the last three weeks I've learned more about mechanics than I ever did in my 4yrs of being a "mechanic" in the army. They do classes on 3 week courses. So my second three weeks, we are learning about electricity. AHHHHHHHH!!! So frustrating, trying to learn something you can't see. I'm really a visual learner and it sucks. Mid term is this afternoon. Should be studying but I'm on SG haha
Can't wait to graduate so I can start working. Plus I want to start working on my car too, make her a bit faster.
It was valentines day yesterday, didn't do much. Wife and I agreed to stay in, just didn't want to deal with the crazy ppl out there. Rented a few movies and ordered pizza from her favorite pizzeria.
We was so busy the frist week of Feb that we both even forgot our anniversary on the 5th lmao She almost done with her master degree and me starting school everything is in a loop. She frozen on her comp and I'm
stuck reading in my books trying to understand electricity. At least she is almost done and we will be back to normaly going out and hanging out.

Happy turkey day! Yea I'm ahead of time but DFAC (Dinnin Facility) closed today so they did it early. MRE's (Meals Ready to EAt) for the rest of the time here.The line for the DFAC was really long. I'm glad I waited too, the food was great. I ate like a fat boy, had some turkey, lobster tail, corn bread, mash potatoes, ham, dinner roll and an oat meal cookie!
Just a few more weeks here hopefully. Would like to make it home for the holidays! Missions have been going great though. Tonight is gonna be a longer one that usual, determined to make it back in one piece
Going to be really different driving back home. Used to having this power with a 57k lbs truck.
Finally rented a house, paper work was sent and the wife will be able to get the keys on Dec 1st. I hope it better than living in an apartment. Looking foward to having a garage where I can work on my car. I'm sure our dog will enjoy the extra space too.

Whats up ppls, my first blog ever. I really don't know what to even say. I can always start with how I came to join this hehe First of all I have to thank the wifey. She actually signed me up for this website and was an early Xmas gift since I won't b home n I'll still b closing up Iraq. Which brings me to my next point.....currently in baghdad. Not the worst place in the world but u mk it what u want. I'm a Wheeled mechanic in the army, currently kinda do my job but not really. I"m on an convoy escort team (CET) pretty much I'm the driver for my truck that protects the rest of the trucks we taking from point A to point B. So far I'm loving it, has it ups n downs though like any other job out there. Be home soon though I miss my wife like crazy. Talking to her over the net is as best as it will get but it better than nothing. Soon enough here they will be taking our internet too, so no more SG. Thanks to this site my days go by a lot faster when I'm in the room having down time.
I joined a couple of groups...but fav is zombies hunters. I'm all about zombies. I can talk about that forever. Kinda sucks that "The walking dead" started last sunday and I have no way of watching it. I tried going on the amc website but the country that I"m currently in does not support that website. Bunch of BS if u ask me. I'm eager to get home and catch up pretty quickly though.
